The kitten behaves like something half feral. He is a dwarf Maine Coon. Got the look and behaviors of the Maine Coon, just that he is the side of a regular house cat. Apparently, the rest of the kittens in that litter were normal (Maine Coon) size and the parents were huge but the kitten was a dwarf.
When I got the kitten, he was by rights a little too young to be separated from his mother but circumstances at the time determined it was a better option to go with me. I had him for a few days and quickly discovered that he liked food. I was eating a hamburger one day and he got scent of it, he tore his way to my plate, I'd push him back, he come at me from a different position, I push him back, he change positions again and try again. This went on a good 10 - 15 minutes and he kept getting more and more aggressive. He got on my hand, powered his way up over, snatched the burger from my other hand and took off.
Women tend to make houses look like homes where as men would likely have a mountain of empty beer bottles in the hallway between the party room and kitchen.
We don't normally get weather like this. Typically by the time it gets up here, the most it be would be a tropical depression because the waters would be too cold to sustain it, but with the hot weather and the warm waters, we are now getting cat 2 and 3 storms and we are just not geared up for that. I am lucky to be on the eastern side of Newfoundland, was sunny here but western Newfoundland and the rest of Atlantic Canada had a very bad day
Novo Scotia is gonna get hit the worst but it will Affect Newfoundland as well. I'm fortunate to be on the eastern side of Newfoundland, shouldn't be too bad here but I have friends in western Newfoundland and I hope they get through ok.
Winds are picking up. Think its started. I just read that is it still a cat 3 which is not good for those in its path. Lucky for me, I am on the other side of the province which it is hitting so I will just get a bit of wind, possibility to loosing power and all that good stuff. Those in its path though are gonna have a bad night.
