'Morning' people awake early each day, on purpose. They just love to hop outta bed with a song on their lips and pep in their step! Earlier today (at 'church', actually), a friend (in her early 70s) explained to me that she prefers getting up and getting things done in the morning because she seems to lack energy for anything else in the afternoon.
Due to my past job/s, waking early was a necessity. Now, due to habit, I still wake early-ish even though I don't need to. However, I'm NOT a morning person.
Hate mornings and miss my habit at age 25 sleep about 12hours a day. Was always rested. Batteries always full. I had a dog that slept about 16hours a day.. hehe, he was not a morning dog neither.

Not exactly a morning person but I have to get up at 4 in the morning if I want to catch the lst bus to the SunRail train station to go to Orlando. I only go once a week and the buses and trains don't run on weekends or holidays. Not a late-night person either. I prefer sunsets to sunrises but I did see some of the most beautiful sunrises on the Amtrak Train going north just before Washington D.C. beside the water.
