I never even saw a long profile here. Nonetheless, I've just emerged after reading a trilogy without taking a breath and can safely say: it's not the length, it's contents and style.
Communication skills, yes, but the thing is that practically all my contacts, exclusions are rare, write the very same, no matter country or age or race. Is there any kind of collective mind that the most men are connected to? A matrix that reproduces itself time and again?
Didn't suggest anything, open for any suggestion myself. It's my second turn on this site, can't get grip of the current vocabulary. Think if "tell me more" is coded word for something exciting that you'd want to miss just because of not knowing the lingo :)
Can't say I hate it, it's just so... testimonium peripertatis. I too tried a few times made some effort and turn the whole thing into a casul conversation. Didn't work :(
