O I don’t know say the fossil record walk in to any credible natural history museum and you can see an example of it , everything I have stated has been proven by scientists and submitted for and passed pier review which is more than any part of creationism has ever done , you can not argue for creationism based on the bible and expect to win as there is no credible evidence to back it up
Actually you have just shown an incredibly large amount of ignorance , Just to pick out a few points
This statement is false we do have an explanation
This shows your ignorance in even the basic’s of evolution, chance plays no role in natural selection
Over 98% of the fossil record is presently accounted for
Things like bone structure will not be the same unless said species share the exact same gene that deals with it and said gene is active DNA proves that we share a common genetic ancestor with every other living thing on this planet
As i said before you have shown an incredibly large amount of ignorance
No that would be called evaluating the facts and coming to the correct conclusion based on the evidence,
Prove it
Ignorance deserves no respect particularly when people that hold said ignorance are from a group fanatics that try to have their views force of others threw the laws
That wouldn’t just be my take on it that would be the entire scientific communities take on it , are you suggesting that you know better than the entire scientific community ???
Evolution is excepted as fact by just about every single credible scientists on the face of the planet , you need to learn the difference between “scientific theory” and “layman’s theory” they are two completely different things
When the Jews left Egypt even allowing for 40 years in the desert (which was saturated with the Egyptian army) their end destination was still under Egyptian rule for another 200 years until it was taken over by another group of people (who’s name translates to the sea people , they where kind of the Vikings of the area) for another few hundred years
Done and there is plently more where that came from
I am not being condescending I am being blunt and to the point , as for your intelligence I do not care to hazard a guess at it’s level as all know of it is via this thread, statistically those with a belief in a deity are less intelligent this fact is something that should concern you
Your happiness does not scare me , although the fact the you seem to think ignorance is a blessing is disturbing,
“In the year 2006, a person can have sufficient intellectual and material resources to build a nuclear bomb and still believe that he will get seventy-two virgins in Paradise.”
“A person who believes that Elvis is still alive is very unlikely to get promoted to a position of great power and responsibility in our society. Neither will a person who believes that the holocaust was a hoax. But people who believe equally irrational things about God and the bible are now running our country. This is genuinely terrifying.”
“The (previous) president of the United States has claimed, on more than one occasion, to be in dialogue with God. If he said that he was talking to God through his hairdryer, this would precipitate a national emergency. I fail to see how the addition of a hairdryer makes the claim more ridiculous or offensive.”
