Never been in that situation... You gotta let go or you will end up living in a fantasyland , adding unrealistic colours to what may have been and never be ready for a new start. Emotional baggage is the worst thing you can drag into a new relationship...would you put up with this yourself?!
No, I don't drag anything behind me...the past is a past, and an ex is an ex for a reason... I have not seen any of my ex-s after the break up, except the father of my son... My love life starts anew with every relationship and there is no space for skeletons in it...
It's what comes through the phone that matters, not the silly thing itself. I'd still use an old brick if I didn't have to be dragged into the 21 century...
