Do you believe my ex tried to contest the divorce, then when he knew he couldn't force me to stay married to him, he didn't have a problem with my getting the kid, just fought to try to make me keep my married name? Now how wierd is that?

I think the charges are based on violations of the Rules of War (yeah, and that sure is up for interpretation by many). Supposedly, there are set rules that everyone is supposed to follow (and if you believe they actually do, well, I got a bridge in Brooklynn for ya').

I think it is all a lot like Watergate. Everyone does it, just don't get caught, kinda thing. But, when they do get caught, I think that all the military leaders (generals and stuff that order the troops, don't think that the troops themselves are close enough to "headquarters" or the "intelligence" to even have a clear overall picture) that followed orders, knowing they were wrong, should also be charged.

Probably just depends on who you happen to run into where ever you are.

Have only ever really known one true German very well. VERY nice woman, and could never understand why she always referred to germans as slow and dull etc. She was delightful.

Do you know if they have ever taken the monies supposedly contributed to SS and the tax revenue, and deducted all the money illegals cost us due to public assistance, unemployment benefits of Americans who would have gotten the jobs, medical, educational, housing them in the jails for their crimes, or even the cost of the crimes e.g. auto crashes when the illegals are uninsured, and find out just how much they cost/contribute overall?

I laughed all the way through this thread. Heck no, I'm not afraid of any of them, even if I am so small I was mistaken for a 6th grader last week LOL Ever since I was one of them, and even smaller than I am now, I have been the scary one. Guess being a former member of one of those "gangs" back in school, that had enough back bone not to even feel a need for guns and such, I know that for the most part they are just a group of friends sticking together for protection and companionship. No big deal really, even the trouble makers aren't that hard to deal with. There are ways muahhaha!

Would you feel the same way about encountering any other group of people, or are most just scared of children?

I was wondering who the OP was referring to. Never met a Canadian man with manners and grace, and only one in the Caribbean... My experience has been that southern men in the US have the most manners and grace, and to some northerners, the south is practically a foreign country LOL

Wow! Mine only cost me $25 for the book with all the forms in it. (Filed the In Pauperis form and no filing fees.) Pretty much a no brainer as far as filling them out. I WAS just a kid when I got mine LOL

Just another example of how these illegals are treated better than our own. Just isn't right in any way, shape or form.

I think you answered your own question in the first sentence, and how you described these men. Personally, I have learned to avoid jealous men at all costs. When they go off, sometimes they take it out on you! Even if you didn't DO anything.
Protective men are entirely different. If I were in a situation where I NEEDED a rescue, I would want him to be there.
I have known men who have taken me out, and told me point blank they wanted to show me off to their friends, but it was a pride thing, not trying to get his friends to check me out or anything out of line.

I have a lot of acquaintances, but none of them can fill the void my best friend left when she died. I think there is a big difference between the two. And acquaintance is for chit chatting and talking about the weather, a best friend is for those real talks and has that shoulder to cry/lean on.

LOL Naw, keep yourself the way you naturally are, and then just get a prog for burning them. I am definitely not a techie by a long shot, and my hair is quite dark, so being blonde isn't the problem. I just stick the thing in the CD-R/RW drive (that is what it says on the computer), drop the other in the other CD drive, and then open the prog. It lets you drag and drop what you want into the screen, hit a button, and it starts copying. Of course I just copy from one CD to another to make backups and such. Have never even wanted to download stuff from the net.

Here, there is also a form you can file (I think it is called In Forum Pauperis) that basically just means that you're low income, so the court doesn't charge you any filing fee.
And there are a few slightly sneaky tactics for getting away from those who don't want the divorce. Sliding a Joinder form in with a bunch of others, and having them sign it whether they know they are or not, makes it so that they don't even have to be notified of any further proceedings, as they basically are agreeing with everything you are doing.

Only going by how the local courts work, but I also told my mother to make 5 copies of anything for court. She looked at me like I was nuts and it sounded like complete overkill, until she needed them. Then she told me she understood why. LOL

Mom was the buy, remodel, resell type, and taught us how to paint, hang wallpaper, lay tile, build walls, … Was my brother and his kegger parties where I learned to rehang doors, plaster handrails back into the walls, patch holes, match bulbs in chandeliers…LOL
