Have met some of those kids staying over in Uk as my sister in law was involved with the ornanisation that arranged for their stay over... Although my y involvement was very limited in those cases.
My participation has been rather financial as I am able to contribute monthly to "children in need organisations" and also at the other end of the life span with monthly contributions to the local Hospice. Having worked as a dedicated teacher for the last 17ish years in a local school with 70% of pupils on welfare, I have had the pleasure of helping youngsters prepare themselves for a "better future"... Some pretty sad and also heart warming stories there...
Chernobyl was a Nuclear plant in Russia I think. There was a disatrous accident that exposed the population for miles around to very high levels of radiation. The radiation and contamination goes on and the children of the area who were and still are affected by it live (many of them) in very poor conditions with very inadequat medical treatments. My sister in law (in UK) had several of those kids stay over at hers every year for a few weeks because for those kids "staying away" from the contaminated area for a few weeks each year reduces the level of radiation in their bodies to a "manageable" level. Then, when they return home it starts building up again to dangerous levels till the next year when they are able to "stay away" again...
Very curious to know what your efforts have been and will be to help bring happiness and stability to european orphans. Reason I ask is that words are all to easy and action far more demanding. Basically are you "all words and no do"?
Well I personally believe first of all that physical attraction has nothing to do with how perfectly beautiful the other person is but rather how both people's energies blend. So to me physical attraction/chemistry is important as part of the package with love.
Last time I felt this free I was twenty and I was broke. Within the next 3 months I will have no employment retraints, no mortgage/house, no husband and my children all grown up doing their own thing! I will be freeeeeeeeeeee to do what I want, where I want, how I want....... And....... a fair few thousands pounds to play with!!!!!!!! This is the most exhilarating type of freedom I've ever had because with it all I also have peace of mind. Bring it on!
Finding a partner on a dating site can take quite some time... It doesn't always have to do with size and weight... It's simply a question of whether the other person thinks you'd be compatible.
The thing about "giving/taking" is that we often expect "to be given back" by the same person we have given to. Sadly, we often miss what is being given to us by others (sometimes strangers or family or friends) because we are so focused on the "two way thing"
