Yes, Hamas seized control of Gaza from the PLO in a violent coup. And Israel funded and armed that coup. Hamas is, and has always been owned by Israel. The PLO was secular and had a lot of support worldwide as the legitimate struggle of a people imprisoned in their own land by foreign invaders. Israel created Hamas, and set them in place to serve as the "religious fanatic" enemy that no country on earth would dare support. It's exactly the same thing the US did when it created the Mujahedin who later morphed into Al Qaeda. It's so handy to create your own enemy "terrorists". You can always count on them to fire harmless rockets just when you want to launch a massacre. Of course you have to furnish the rockets to them.
They are tired, poor, huddled masses, yearning to breath free. Either take them in or change the inscription on the statue of liberty to "keep out". But for god's sake stop the hypocrisy of pretending to have one set of values when in fact your true values are the opposite.
There are plenty of people who have lost their soul. Actually they sell it in exchange for wealth, or fame, or whatever.
It doesn't usually involve any sort of actual pact with the devil (although that does happen).
The soul (or spirit) of a person is gentle and calm. It's there to help. It's entirely rational, but also in touch with higher emotional processes.
But pride, greed, lust, envy, ambition, (etc) are the opposite. They aren't rational, and they aren't there to help. They are there to take control and impose their agenda. And they are very convincing. They can convince the person to suspend logic, and ignore moral values in order to achieve some sort of physical or psychological gratification. And the real problem is that once one stops listening to the spirit, they actually lose the ability to hear it. The other voices are so much louder and more insistent.
And the person who has lost his soul soon forgets he ever had one.
Every watch has a watchmaker. They don't create themselves. They don't come about by the random interaction of matter and energy. If you find one on the moon, it didn't evolve there. Even the simplest living organism is a million times more complex than a watch, and contains internal functions that could never have evolved such as DNA encoding. Intelligence had to come first.
It's obvious that some sort of evolution takes place. However, Darwin's explanation is clearly not how it works. The genetic code could never have developed from the random interaction of matter and physical forces. The case for an intelligent creative force is a million times stronger than the case for Darwinian evolution.
China doesn't have to attack. All they have to do is wait for the US to collapse. The US owes China nearly 2 trillion dollars.(and they want it in gold).
How is it that the British Parliament could rule on the legality of Britain stealing art from Greece due to the fact that the Ottoman Turks had conquered Greece.
Seems like a rather Machiavellian interpretation of right and wrong to me.
Personally I think it's a crime to steal art treasures from their countries of origin. I think Britain should return them to Greece and pay reparitions for having stolen them and kept them for so long.
In Flander's fields the soldiers lie and silently they wonder why that when they still had life and breath their nations forced them to their death forever now they face the sky
by fire and lead and sharpened tines the cruelest fruits of evil minds the boys who lie there in the field were forced to kill, and then be killed. no accident, t'was by design
What makes the foreign lad a "foe" A boy they had no chance to know what right has anyone to say he should not live another day what monsters will it to be so
If truth be told the entire blame belongs to those who run the game the ones who organize the war and count their profits from afar whose souls are hardened to all shame
the dead do not cry out for war they are not angry any more If we could hear their voice they'd say throw down your guns and walk away life and love are what life's for
There is more disinformation than information, on the internet and especially in the news media. It's not there to inform people about the truth, it's there to stifle the truth and impose control.
Oh I've been back lots of times. And I certainly am more aware of this issue than yourself, seeing that you never even heard of the Zionist lobby before.
The real America gives more foreign aid to tiny Israel than to any other country on earth. And Israel isn't a poor country, it's standard of living is higher than that of many US areas. It is a nuclear power. It stole nuclear secrets from the US. It never paid back any of the loans the US gave it. It uses bribery to influence US lawmakers to continually give it more money, even as the US economy crumbles. It pushes the US into wars that benefit only Israel. It uses false-flag attacks and deception to bait the US into conflicts.
Israel and the Zionist lobby are the worst things that ever happened to the US.
We are conversing on the internet. Internet sources are about all we can use as evidence. What do you expect, a guided tour???
For someone who claims to have never even heard of the Zionist lobby before you seem to be pretty adamant about the subject.
I've known about it for over 50 years.
Here's some more Internet evidence to help bring you up to speed on the subject.
This one is from an Israeli newspaper. Can't accuse them of being anti-Jewish now can you? As you see, they explain that the powerful Zionist lobby is trying to push the US into yet another war in Syria.
Here's an interesting video that explains how the Zionist lobby has hijacked the US government and uses US supplied funds to commit crimes against helpless civilians.
One of the best ways to trivialize the truth and discourage people from thinking analytically is to lump a lot of different unrelated issues together, some of them unquestionably nutty, others less so and some genuine valid points that really should be scrutinized. People will reject the whole lot rather than take the time to sift through the items individually.
In my opinion the OP is doing this intentionally, having the exact opposite effect of what he pretends to want.
I bought a portable phone back in the late 90s when they were relatively new. After a few months I decided I didn't want the thing anymore and threw it away. I like phones that stay at home where they belong.
