Here's a thing...

This site is not entirely dedicated to those who are looking to date, many are here to interact with others on forums, blogs etc.

The member you responded to states clearly on her profile that she is not single or looking, which is perfectly acceptable in terms of CS guidelines.

Also, pictures mean nothing; many post fake photos of models, celebrities etc.
