RE: they are known...as our...feathered friends

I placed a bird bath at the front of my property a few years ago conversing
I have a spot where I sit, partially screened by a shrub, and love watching birds of all kinds coming down to have a drink and a splash grin
Especially late afternoon and into the evening, at the end of long hot days like we have been experiencing over recent months.
Magpies, parrots, doves, Noisy Miners, kookaburras, butcher birds, wattle birds (all native species) and Indian Mynas which are introduced.
I try to remember to fill the bath with fresh water daily and find this is much appreciated heart1

RE: When did you last iron?

September 5, 1982.

RE: Dinner tonight

I looked at the pics and they made me heave.

This is not food, it's an abomination, and I seriously don't know how anyone could stomach it.

If this is representative of the slop that American restaurants dish out, I'm glad I have no desire to ever go there.

Used to be 1000 posts max, the locked threads have gone way beyond that so I guess management has been doing a bit of housekeeping conversing

Should dogs live in apartments?

I kind of assumed that it was a property owned by the rail road company at the time and leased out to workers confused

Like the miners' cottages here that date back decades (and are bought up, renovated and sell for a fortune sigh )

Should dogs live in apartments?

Yes I should have considered my question more carefully before posting conversing

It was triggered by a situation that had just popped up and I mused on the whole apartment-living aspect in general which then morphed into dogs being shut indoors on their own for lengthy periods conversing

Which I agree isn't right, regardless of the building type.

There's been some well thought out responses here, thank you wave

RE: 20 discussions women and men should have while dating?

I think this depends on where people are in their lives conversing

A conversation between 20 year olds would be different to those in their 30s, 40s and so on.

Younger people may be following their careers and maybe thinking about starting a family at some point; people my age may be simply looking for companionship.

But I think generally, it's best to be open about our hopes and dreams when conversing with others in terms of dating so as not to mislead conversing

Should dogs live in apartments?

Thanks Tiger, I completely agree.

I also feel for doggos that are enclosed in a backyard for hours on end, no walks or interaction with other dogs or people.

Should dogs live in apartments?

Sorry, I probably should have provided a little more clarification around my question conversing

So let's cut to the chase.. My thoughts are that it's not right for a dog to be shut in an apartment for eight, ten or twelve hours a day with no company or access to the outdoors during that time conversing

Should dogs live in apartments?

Hi lovely hug

Not looking for protection here, it's more about the welfare of the dog conversing

PS. Good to see you again bouquet
