what about just doing a bit of it? I think if you tried to do the whole lot in a week you'll end up just driving and miss out - I'd have been looking at more like a fortnight to 3 weeks. Got to say we did b and b and a couple of times hostels and it was still a pretty expensive trip - plus there's petrol. Cost a lot more than a week in the sun But good luck with it - there is a bed hop scheme I heard of, can't remember the site, basically you stay with people in their homes is it "couch surfing" ? maybe google it ...
Go for it - sounds like a great plan but it might take more time than you think. We did a biker tour a few years back started in Galway and did Ballybunion, Dingle, Kerry down to Valentia with lots of stops inbetween. By the time we got to Gorey it had taken a week - so we cheated and went cross country to Letterfrack and then did the coast again as far as Letterkenny around Donegal. It's an amazing country - there's so much of it I still want to see. How long are you thinking it will take?
oh you're the same height has my sister then - she refuses to say she is 6 foot and my brother would do you as he's 6 ft 5 - makes you seriously wonder where I came from ...
and I totally agree bout the butterflies - I want that - the nearest I've got lately is indigestion.
I'm useless at that .....or else I would have spotted the incomprehensible to me, southside Dubin accent and I'd put after every post Corrie cross Brookside ....
unless someone mentions Birmingham or Geordie and it's Auf Weidersehn Pet all the way.
this is getting too surreal for me - reminds me of the time Robbie Coltrane tried to squat in my bathroom. Bloody hell, his wife gave me hell. And the smell of whisky was extremely difficult to eradicate.....
oh - is that you feel the women here frequent the forums and have no interest in an actual relationship - that they are maybe appreciative of the attention but have no intention of "being the one?" Whereas the men are all genuine and looking for long term committed relationships?
oh yes - and I was 9 nearly 10 years in the same relationship and it's a bit rabbit in the headlights sensation when you leave your comfort zone. But guess we must.
