Your children are older than I am....Your real age and the age of your body does not match.
My kids go bungee jumping with me. My kids are in the same good physical shape that I am. My kids get tired and need to go to sleep by 2 in the morning. I will continue dancing till the sun goes up. I do Ice skating. My kids gave that up when they turned 20.
I recently had a girlfriend in her thirties, she could not keep up with me on hikes. She does not enjoy camping in the desert in the moonlight anymore. She won't jump down the waterfall naked with me and find the walk into the Forrest too far to experience the thrill of the fireflies lighting you way.
I really do not have a predudice for your age and respect your choice to date in the same age range. I generally respect the settings you have for the age group you have indicated on your profile for your match. Some people realize that your age becomes fairly irrelevant once you grow up.
I am growing up now and living now. You won't see how I grew up on old TV shows. I have not owned a TV in 25 years but do own a paraglider, motorcycle and many toys 30 year olds have given up on playing with. Nowadays watching activity of others on TV is the most exposure to activity people get.
Wants more irritating than finding someone who misunderstood you and think you meant young at heart when on all counts you live a life more active than most 30 year olds do nowadays?
I refuse to settle for someone young at heart or who has given up on living life in their thirties. It is sad that most people do. Forgive me if I am interested in someone still living life and hoping to find someone alive to spend some time with.
On the last note my sex drive exceeds that of the average 30 year old. Settling for someone with a redundant sex drive or the sex drive normal to my age group would be the most boring thing I could imagine.
Judging a person by their age is second most stupid to judging them by their pic.

A person who loves to laugh can be a person who has had a terrible life but chooses to find funny things and having fun to overcome the tragedies in life. I choose not to judge a person by simple likes and dislikes. It is the heart, thought, actions, & the spoken words that determine what the person is.

Its a well written but simplistic and unrealisticlly negative understanding of human nature in my view. It seems to be coming from the American "pick up artist" school of thought of "treat them mean to keep them keen". The womens self help dating industry have a book called "The Rules" which lays out exactly the same approach from the other end. My own reaction when I heard the kind of manipulative and assertive tips (in my opinion) that women were being given in "The Rules" was that I would really hate to meet women under those conditions. I feel sure that most women would respond equally that the last thing they really want is a selfish and inconsiderate male as a partner. So if giving and softness and generosity is such a weakness I don't know what we are doing looking for anyone to share anything with. While occasionally it may be taken advantage of and we usually remember these bad experiences the best, in the main people are pretty reasonable and respond positively to a decent person in a romantic way or in any other setting in life.RE: Top ten reasons I'm not replying to your message.

That list does not sound like any iof the nice guys I have ever met! Most of them are very successful, seemingly confident, and have no.problem getting a woman. Keeping a woman is sometimes the problem. And I LOVE nice men! Its just that most of them are not attractive. They have to be nice to make up for their looks. And while some ppl try to get over this (becuz they are nice), in the end they just can no longer deal.with being in a relationship with sum1 they have no attraction to. the thing i'm most proud of doing in my life was to become a vegetarian around 20yrs ago.i don't want the world to be vegetarian, that would be impossible.
we all know that humans wouldn't exist if we hadn't of hunted and eaten animals.
however it is not vital to eat meat nowadays.
i have no problem with some indigenous people who are living their traditional lifestyle in out of the way places killing and eating animals.
as far as my love life goes? she has to be a vego as well.
most of my life i've been quite fortunate pairing up with like-minded females.

Maybe I shouldn't have a photograph of myself either, I might get some interests from the women on what I look like. If the profile doesn't seem interesting then it wouldn't matter anyway.If however they like the profile it might show interest to see who's behind it. A lot of women might reject a good profile because they don't like the photo.
I agree with your thinking 100%, I had no photo too, when I started off in here, but was told that you'd get more responses with one, so I put it in, and I don't think it improved the situation much. I think it's the profile that impresses the women, but then some women are more interested in looks.
I would stick with the status quo if I were you. Your reasoning is very valid reasons.
