I thought I was okay until last week, when I had to spend 15 minutes to get into my favorite jeans. And when I weighed myself, as what I thought. I gained some kilos.
Now with me being obsessed in looking like one of these girls bellow, I thought I'd do some diet.

Scientifically speaking, if you consume less calories than your body burns up, then you should lose weight. However, here is where the science stops because what I’m about to do is seriously unhealthy. Seriously unhealthy. As God did not bless me with a fast metabolism I have had to develop my own crafty means of weight loss: THE CHOCOLATE DIET.

Most people diet by exercising or eating changing their eating habits. But hey, I’m a half Manadonese (a tribe in Indonesia where people are stereotyped but actually half true to tend to overeat anything and drink alcohol in parties which they do quite often-partying-) and hence am pre-conditioned to develop an unhealthy attitude towards my body.
So completely on impulse, when I went to my local minimarket to buy some diapers for my baby this morning, I grabbed some essentials for my diet.

The method:

The chocolate diet involves consuming around 3000-4000kj of chocolate per day over a definite period of time. The only thing you’re allowed to eat is chocolate. The crux of this diet, is therefore, not what you’re putting into your mouth, but how much you’re putting in it.
Altogether the amounts I bought: 3584 kj + 4260 kj + 4540 kj + 3520 kj + 3255 kj = 19,159kj
I’m going to eat this over 6 days, so it’ll be an average of 3193 kj per day.

The facts:
The recommended daily intake for someone of my height, weight and activity level is 6920kj. You can find out what yours is here:

On average we need to burn 5000kj per day in order to lose 1 kg of fat.

For all of you that want to do this with me (and I don’t encourage you), or are trying to achieve your own weight loss goals, I’ve made a nice motivational poster for you to come back to when you feel your willpower weakening:

i always say if people are happy in their won bodies, fat/skinny and healthy then who are we to judge! are you serious about the chocolate diet! too much of anything isnt good for you! you should get some tips from lazly she is very dedicated!im a lazy slobwave

Just like me, jeans is my sign if I should exercise or diet (I'd rather exercise than buying a new jeans as it's expensive and I'd rather spend my money on my kids's need hehehe). But that's an extreme one you are about to have and honestly I just read this now. Wanna try mine? It's easy and it keeps me on my 42kg weight for years, even I have 4 kids and I loooooove eating. Will share it with you if you are interested wink oh that Adam's one, it is now " I don't date fat girls" laugh rolling on the floor laughing

Cherrie..hahaha.. Actually I myself am not sure about this and I would probably finish all of those tastey chocos with my nieces before 3 days laugh
If you want to lose a little weight fine do it for yourself not for what some knucklehead thinks women should look like. (not that you said that is why you want to diet)
Personally I prefer a woman with a little meat on her bones.

I do have to suggest that it might be a good idea to consult a physician before heading down that chocolate lined path.

Whatever you decide be safe and if you follow through monitor your health closely.

Dear Funx well yeah basically I wrote all this for humour but I would be more than happy if there's anyone who can tell me how to keep my weight stabil and still enable me to eat anything I like anytime I want..like what I always do laugh
Veggies, fruit, chicken and fish is the key! And your daily need of water! Fruit juices that are not sugar supplemented!

I lost 40 lbs and have kept it off. My waist is 32 inches and it hasn't been that small in a long time.

other things, I don't drink soda, avoid preservatives food (if possible), no msg, less sugar and salt (diet garam juga cepet, krn garam ngiket lemak), only fresh healthy food, that is why i prefer to cook what i eat by my self. good for me, good for my kids, and good for my kantong laugh selamat mencoba hug

I don`t know ho many kilos you have more but all my life I was agains all these dieats. I saw many of my friends keeping a different dieats and after that.......the same. Maybe you .want to try more exercise, for example, the swimming pool and increase your fluid intake, especially freshly squeezed vegetable juice
I like chocolate too much and I use this diet to cram at will with her ??favorite chocolate laugh
I recently went vegan from vegetarianism and lost four sizes right from the gitgo.....chocalate is not good, sugar turns into hypergylcides which turn into fat....a lifestyle change of healthier eating habits which keep the weight off all the time is better.more better, more gooder...laugh

I found it better and easyier to buy clothes one size up, than todo a diet. And then I will lair to myself that my clothes are all loose and stuff, due to losing so much weight....laugh wave
haha. Please do not do this diet. You will have severe problems if you keep it up.
hmmm do one hour walking maybe 2-3 miles. ~250-300 Calories depending on yer own weight. Slowly the weight will drop off.
I think the mix of exercise and a healthy diet is the best! thumbs up I used to try eating less, such as less sugar, less starch, less meat and more fruit and vegetable, but I must admit that this way of "unbalanced" diet was extremely unbearable! Many girls around me who tried to do so failed to keep it up and it all bounced back to their previous weight, then all efforts fell into pieces. I think it's best to keep in a balanced healthy diet and a regular exercise schedule, this way you can both enjoy food and a healthy life.

Diet without exercise is a losing battle.

You want results eat fruits unstead of chocolate are sweet also and contain less calories then any chocolate.wave

@Back I don't normally comment on blogs anymore but had to come on yours. Please give yourself a break! You just had a baby! And please don't worry what any man thinks of you! Please be happy with yourself first! (good to hear your current boyfriend thinks you're just fine so you shouldn't care so much!) Just eat healthy and go for a walk with your baby. Some women even take them with them when they jog using those special strollers. Cut down on sweets (not entirely, don't deprive yourself) and fast foods etc. Eat more fruit, veggies and whole grains. Have fruit smoothies, they're sweet and nutricious. Adding dates can make regular smoothies really sweet too.

Take care of yourself! It's not about how thin you are, it's about how healthy you are!

And my words do not mean that people who are overweight can not find love or happiness. And my words do not mean that skinny people are happier or have better love lives. But if you want to increase your options in the world of dating, then controlling your weight is one way you can achieve more options!
How about chocolate and fruits. Try dipping fruits and veggies in chocolate. The best of both worlds! Chocolate is good for you, and fruits and veggies are, too.
