The Boxer

The boxer stood in the corner of the ring
Waiting for his opponent, the champion, for the contest to begin
As his opponent appeared, all the crowed cheered
As the boxer knew, this fighter was feared.
The referee gave instructions in the middle of the ring
Both boxers wen't back to their corners for the fight to begin.
Ding went the bell, it was time for round one, the boxer new this fight was the big one
As this was for the heaveyweight championship belt,
A prize he could win the boxer had felt.
He had trained for months for this big venue fight
And if he boxed well the prize was in sight
The champion threw jabs at the boxers face, the bout was set at an incredible pace.
Punches were being thrown by both of the men, but could this pace last right to the end.
Ding went the bell, it was time to rest, the boxer sat down heart pumping in his chest.
His trainer was smart and knew what to do "you've won this fight, and we will see, give him a good fight, and you'll win in fifteen"
The bell rang again, for round two to begin, the boxer went out with a left jab to start, and another and another, and rained more body blows, until he had bloodied the champions nose.
On and on this went, both men trading ferocious blows, they were both tired now, and dead on their toes.
The crowed all cheered, it was the best bout they'ed seen, it went on until the round fifteen.
At the end both boxers stood back, waiting for the judges decision to finally come back.
Suddenly the announcer strode to the center of the ring "ladies and Gentlemen" his speech did begin "the judges have reached their verdict on this momentous night, the new world champion now stands at my right"
The boxer knelt down, and then he cried all the crowed cheered, it had at last been his night 'thank you god for this night in the ring, for I am the new heavyweight champion king"

Your Dreams

Focus on your dreams at hand,
Pay attention to your heart...
Just like footprints in the sand,
You just tell them where to start...

Take you time don't rush or hurry,
Take it slow cause its not a race...
Have trust have faith but never worry,
There is nothing that you must chase...

There will be those who will hold you back,
And there will be times when your spirit falls...
Don't listen for all they know is lack,
Just be there when your moment calls...

Love To Be Desired!

If I were able to sing, I would sing "Open Our Eyes" by the Gospel Cliffs. The power, strength, potency behind the words. The deepness and richness in his voice will create chills and make your spine quiver.
For so many years, my eyes were closed. The pain that was inflicted upon me and my own unintentional harm. I didn't want to see; they were shut. I had been stripped of my self worth, self-esteem, self respect, self- dignity, self- control and self-love. I looked for love in all the wrong places and not within. I then self-destruct.
For years, I Was a professional and successful actor. No headlines, no billboards, no tabloids!!! Oh! I .was good. I wanted no one including myself to see the pain. The pain was very much alive, eating me, killing me, three days, three nights, no food, no water, no sleep. I was dying a slow and painful death. Dying and death was not an option.
That day I learned the gift of listening. A man told me to go home, get on my knees and pray, " God restore my spirit and repair my soul". The self- destruction deceased. But the pain was alive. I said, " I will be back". If I didn't, I would get on that roller coaster of madness and insanity. The four seasons were changing but I was standing still. I needed to exhale the pain, anger, frustration, resentment, and humiliation. Exhaling to gain strength. Decades of pain. Exhaling was painful, difficult, and hard. My strong voice would become weak. My eyes would fill with water. The acid from my tears would burn my skin. My voice would become a whisper. My first taste of strength came alive. The passion and craving to sustain the water of life. Oh!! I needed it. I had to have it. I needed to smell, touch, feel, taste and caress it. When I began to grip it, I began to fight. When I was tired, I fought to fought and fought to fight.
From a far, my name, my identity started to form. The letters were there but they were scrambled. I needed to get better not well. I needed to succeed not success. I needed to heal not be cured. I need only to think about today not yesterday or tomorrow. I needed to fight. I needed to fight for my name, my identity, my life.
Suddenly, I was overcome with a warm passionate feeling. Peace, serenity.
Oh!! I fell in love. The foreplay, ecstasy, creativity, passion, multiple, multiple, back to back. With a guarantee of no broken heart. I fell in love with me, niy name, my identity.
If this were a contest, I would honestly, graciously, sincerely say, "I am not here to win, thanks but no thanks". I am here! I am here because I know I am a winner, tighter and survivor, no longer a victim.
I have a name! I have an identity!

Listen...

Listen the wind,
And u will hear my name
Listen the birds and
You will hear my voice
Listen the music,
And you will hear
Our sweet song.
Listen the rain
And u will hear
My feelings.
Listen the sea
And u will hear
Me calling your name.

Lost Heart Found Soul

By your first impression you'll see i gotta blessing
spiritually to speak a message was sent to me
Only reason i gotta dime is cause it was destined to be
its not fate or fortune just a world of torture
with my mind drawing blanks not knowing who to thank
but it keeps flowing thru me like a river to sea
God is the reason that i got into this industry
You dont have to believe but you gotta hear me
dont think im livin lies cause i just live and see
wishing of things built up on dreams
everything thing came into picture
and it was the way that it seemed

Your soul rocks me

There is a quakeing streem of endless song in my soul beating to the power of my heart. Holding your long, lived, love, incased in my mind. I rise smiling, flying to the otherside of my mind!!!!!!!!!!

...LiFE so importAnt....

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road,
to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We all were meant to learn some things,
but never meant to stay...

Our destination is a place,
Far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
Together with the lord
