Silence stills,
Silence heals,
Silence focuses,
Silence stops conflict,
Silence earns respect of all,
Silence engenders harmony,
Silence is wise,
Silence is loving,
Silence is patient,
Silence is peaceful,
Silence is tender-hearted,
Silence is universally understood,
Silence is paradisiacal...

All this gloom
too much sadness
fills this room

I am so ready for the sun to come out!

Too much pain
brings a girl down
constant rain
paints on a frown

My mind's made up
I'm ready now
For the hurt to let up and the sun to come out!

It's time to feel
for joy to come
And lift my spirits

For my hurt to be gone
and a smile to replace it

Buoy my spirits
feel the change
the sunshine for once!
and not the rain

I am so ready for the sun to come out!

Where do I see myself some years from now
Which mountains to climb to get there.... and how?
Will the journey be easy? I think that's not the case
When I come to Mt Fear, which wall will I face?

How will I navigate all my self doubts
When I come to Mt Hopeless will I hear myself shout?
"of course you can make it, just make the right choice"!!
Will the winds of confusion drown out the 'true' voice?

The snow it is falling, the 'ego' is calling
It's message is clear, "you'll be safe with me here"
It wants me to sleep, it wants me to dream
Symbiotic it is, for inside me it schemes

I have to move forwards, keep going I must
For to face Mt Depression, in myself I must trust
All of these mountains, are constantly here
And daily we climb them, especially Mt Fear!

If only we realized, just opened our eyes
We would see very clearly,it would be no surprise
The journey of life is a long hard climb
And love can move mountains, but....
It's Self-Love we must find.

As the leaves start to fall
and the summer nears its end,
memories of the past,
and dreams of the future,
become strangely intertwined.

Life and thoughts seem to slow
to a state of suspense,
waiting for a shaft of light
to reawaken and invigorate all that was,
and can be again.

The clearing mist, a sunlit path,
a lightened step and a partner
giving companionship and love.
A road leading out of autumn
into winter.

To reach journey’s end,
shutting out the cold and wind
of past disappointments.
Safe in the warmth and security
of each other,
nurtured by our shared strengths, hopes
and memories.

U went and u took my heart
With u,u let me,just tears
And a lot of pain.
Please give my heart again
Help me to forget all,
Because next time,I will
Never ,let no one steal my feelings.
