Truth Voiced

You who-are the divine emissaries for our ‘Master-Teacher’

Pouring your Passion, Love and Faith towards others’… as-broken

Sowing ‘Seeds of Knowledge’ within a myriad of hearts and minds

Blessing individuals with your ‘Splendor of Ubiquity’

The Sanctity Of Love

Loving another – for what will be sacrificed...?
Enabled to lay our life above-their-own...?
Casting aside our dreams and ambitions for the sake of theirs...?
A planned future - separate or unified...?

It is not 'love at first sight' – truly 'love defined through time'
Love blossoms-not without time and patience...
Healing hands soothe hearts of discontent
Understanding of the needs within shall grant 'love unsurpassed'

Compassion, trust, confidence, admiration – in quality or quantity...?
The paths that lead forward not carry backwards
The offering of a pillow-of-comfort during a time-of-grief
Through the courage of strength and the belief in one another... does love's true form appear...?

A journey-of-love... a 'walk of faith'...?
An overnight obsession or a thought-less passion...?
Our minds lie in this emotional abyss of misconceptions and misdeeds
Gifting our hearts with the 'sanctity of love'

Rememberance

Your spirit emanates within our hearts
The ‘covenant of destiny’ graciously fulfilled
Memories ‘precious’… never left-behind
OUR Father’s love endures forevermore

Where Does OUR Faith In God Lie...?

The journey of an individual begins with one step forward and one hand in the past
For us to move forward, we need to understand who we are and 'whose we are'
Walking through 'life' without a course or purpose is not an option – it is a choice

To journey beyond ourselves we need to see 'life' through God's set-of-lenses
Understand the principles of Jesus' walk and teachings 'between lines of scripture'
To truly give of ourselves for the sake of others, we only need to listen

Our 'stories' are the most powerful tool we have to make-a-difference and speak of Jesus' life
Inspiration of change and hope of life intertwine our voices with faith
We each have the capacity to honour and breathe 'new life' into our faith

How much are we truly willing to sacrifice for another...?
Selfishness, Boasting, Flaunting and Judging... words lived commonly in our daily lives
Integrity, Guidance, Compassion and Humbleness... attributes we should be teaching our children

When asked or questioning yourself, do not look elsewhere but within
For the answer lies in you... Jesus is alive in all of us
We need only to tear down the 'curtains of darkness'
To open our eyes and hearts to the majesty of Jesus' grace upon us

The Case for Happiness

It does not require ignorance to find pleasure
And the thought that there is pain and death
Need not consume the entirety of life's measure

Is the bitter reality of an unhealing world
So hard to accept as that singular truth
Or do you fancy your divine design so much

It is not a matter of mutual exclusivity
That there may at once be pain or pleasure
But tandem existence and preference for one

In preparing my dinner I find some safety
My philosophy supported herein- Enjoying apples
While still feeling the knife which cut my skin

Or in the death of my beloved great grandmother
Who without examination found more joy than grief
Her own happiness she left us in passing, as if willed

What woe and contempt we may cause if we live this way
With our eyes turned shut against good things
From those who have died so that others may live

Fight the good fight, indeed! There lays righteousness
But do not ignore any feelings of which we are made capable
Deeming that some have merit, and others aren't given to know

About this poem:
Spending your whole life consumed in pain and grief will not make you a martyr.

Understand that the reason we hate such things as war and famine, is because we enjoy their opposites.

Who would work so hard to till the soil, without tasting the fruit?

And lunacy reigns supreme...

At first only a hint of it is perceived,
Someone bumping into us in the street,
An innocuous word here,
A ‘wrong’ look there,
A text message is not returned fast enough[translate that to ‘instantly’...]
And the fish is baited,
You’re cruelly hooked...

Next, it progresses,
Someone actually dares to disagree with your highness,
or shows you the finger on the road,
or, horror of horrors says something nasty to your face about you,
Grrr, like a simmering volcano,
It bubbles just beneath the surface,
Beckoning you on,
If ingested, its tantalizing essence clouds the vision,
And blurs the logic...

Like a narcotic, its addictive power grows on you,
It surely but inexorably entwines itself around your very being till only a semblance of your former balanced self is left,
It has grave physiological repercussions as well,
It can affect your liver, it can result in menstrual pain, headaches, redness of the face and eyes, dizziness, dry mouth, etc., etc.,

It drives loved ones away,
It drives material blessings away,
Its a barrier to all good things,
And a harbinger of all bad things...

What is it?
Of course you have all guessed by now,
Its the destructive elixir called wrath, anger, rage, fury...
Bring it on anyone...???
And lunacy reigns supreme...

When...

When everybody leaves u
And no one understand you,
I am here for u,to listen
To hug,and understand u.
Because to love means to forgive
To to understand to respect
And to comunicate.

wordlet

let the words speak, the bold and the weak
let them say all that they can tell
let 'em say out loud, not be so oblique
let come what may, be heaven or hell

let us know the truth, the statement
let us see a mirror of ourselves
let us pen honesty without abatement
let us see all our alternatives

let the die be cast, words first, words last
let the carving on the stones call forth
let the meaning be made clear like glass
let the word's compass point to true north

let us mean what we say and say what we mean
let the truth ring whole, be not hollow
let us uncover the hidden, obscure and unseen
let the words hold meaning we can follow

enclave

i came upon an enclave of souls, of people
where many were standing and sitting around
a collection of artists under a digital steeple
more interesting people could not be found

so many gathered here, looking for what not
other like minds, a partner, other friends
offering words, ideas, emotions, and thought
building bonds that friendship transcends

there are teachers and students, and clerks,
an Earl, an editor, an expat, a cleric,
the wizened, the quiet, some social works,
a poet in pink, more professions esoteric

they share and encourage each other to grow
and mean more to each, than any might know

In the Mirrior

In a mirrior such as any.
Eyes looking into eyes for a memory.
A moment of passion or a moment of peace.
A moment that has passed twice, or a moment we keep.
We see all the little things others dont notice.
We try to fix, even if we go through 50 different poses.
We clip, apply, brush, wax, and pluck.
Just for the thought of it making a difference to our luck.
The luck that today is going to achieve.
The luck that today is going to help others believe.
Believe that we can indeed clean up well.
That moments spent in a mirrior is moments more then just a dwell.
Some look to a mirrior for answers.
Some, like children, like seeing themselfs acting like a panther.
Even cats tend to play in the mirrior.
Dogs sometimes show teeth with little fear.
For a surprise task always awaits.
A pimple, a gray hair, to finally see ones self, is always a blind date.
But the next time you decide to take a peek.
Try and remember this before you begin to think.
Eyes looking into eyes will always be a moment.
Life is not a task thats meant to be dorment.
