Sonnet 1

Let the world mock at me and express grin
With all its skills to the fullest desire.
Let them find faults with me and use words in

Their subversive speech to support satire.
Your world may treat me dull and crestfallen,
But you know that I am a burning fire

And it pains me, which do not know these men.
Neither with effort the world can it know
‘Cause pomp and power, by and by, is swollen.

The massive world becomes short and the glow
Of swagger and pride has a fine touch
Over blind citizens of this world they flow.

Let the world mock at me open as much
But it is a fact, my life has been such.

Heaven on Earth :")

Question me this earth or heaven I live
How wondrous life O I’m in love with thee
Name me all your wish and all I shall give
For you turn this world into heaven to me
A hundred roses are the red of your lips
What if our lips met like a sea touching shores?
The warmth of your breath the sway of your hips
Would I be punished with my arms wrapped in yours?
You’ve changed my world with the blink of an eye
Your love surrounds me in a rapturous awe
There is something that I cannot deny
With you my love I won’t search anymore
First glance I realized you’re such a goddess
Sent from above to fulfill my emptiness

About this poem:
My sonnet heehee ^_^ Just wanna keep it on my profile... This sonnet ^_^ I wrote it as if I were a man ^____^ I don't know what men like most in women. When a man falls in love with a woman, what would he do? What kind of poem that he would write for her... I finally realized that being a man isn't easy... lol But if I were a man, I would ask 'thesunandthesea' out to date!!! lolol

LifeThirst

Fear’s Abode Is In The Mind

Fear’s abode is in the mind;
It has no ethereal residence;
It stealthily creeps behind
When we lose confidence.
Do not ponder over the bygones,
Nor trust any rosy future,
Believe in your present existence,
And try to hold your head high here.

Let not fear find in the heart
An abode for permanent residing,
Always stand face to face with it
And fear will be hastily fleeing.
So fear not to invite fear in life
You will receive from it life’s fife.

Das Fazit dieses Leben (The verdict of this life)

I look to heaven above and I cry
Inasmuch as I would like to try
My loved ones will not return to me
That is the verdict of this life I see
All my grief was more than I could bear
And it took a long time for my fear
To subside - and in the moment I knew
There was truly nothing left for me to rue
Since God above had decreed it so
The place where the dead do go
Is above all on earth that we can compare
Paradise indeed is so beautiful and fair
Even though from those I love I am apart
They are not forgotten in my heart.

Some Looks

The search was over when my eyes met yours
Holding on as passionate as a kiss
You took my breath away with just a look
With one glance it was my heart that you took
Just the gentleness of the touching souls
Two lost hearts in a world that's grown cold
I long to feel your arms wrapped around me
Some looks can just let the love inside free
Time returning replacing what it took
The ungentleness of the heartbreaks theft
What kept me so attached I am now free
This moment can only hold you and me
Winter is coming soon, right now falls here
And my heartbeats sending messages clear

"Always Happy"

Always happy never sad,
You make others very glad,
You are like the sunshine on a cloudy day
You chase all of the clouds away.
\Always happy never sad,
Sometimes you make me so mad
You appear to be so honest and good
Bur deep within you are nothing but a hood.
\Always happy never sad,
Why couldn't I see that you were bad
I put all my faith and trust in you,
And now I realize that was a silly thing to do.

"Being With You"

Being with you is heavenly
To have you love me is divine,
This love we share together
has blended like fine wine,
To feel your loving arms around me
And hear you whisper my name,
I know this love we feel for each other
Will always be the same.
Being with you is heavenly
Making love with you is divine,
Whenever we are together
You make my life worthwhile,
This love we have for each other
Will never ever change
Because our love will last forever and a day.

Rock On!

Arms that hold me close nestling safely

Sunshine pouring strength into my bones

All gathered, it is time for the bell to ring

Progressing seems quicker than telephone

Reaching out to touch you but you are gone

Flowers essence that seems to linger on

Rain drops wash away all my cares today

As I trace the lines, the etching of life

Rocking chair holding dreams of once was there

Days and nights go on, no longer matter

Smile upon the lips and eyes glazed over

Is it dementia or mad hatter

Life has taken my youth it is now gone

My memories are mine leave them alone

Lost Dreams

Gentle winds brushing back the tides of fear

Clocks ticking never stopping moving on

Coming close remains far, not even near

Sad for what might have been, but never was

Locked and hidden put away to stay gone

All my dreams now seeming so obsolete

Content to find my way in unknown ground

Where being alone seems bitterly sweet

Tides will come and go, currents will run free

The world sometimes moves at its own pace

Sometimes dreams are just exactly that dreams

Not how fast you run just finish the race

Little girl standing by familiar shore

Not wanting to play adult anymore

Business Memos of Yore

From: W. Shakespeare
To: Propietor, Globe Theatre
RE: Roof Repairs

Behold! These locks I once did toss
Made wretched now by leaking dross
Upon yon roof the tempest hath tost
It's fury wraught, a shingle lost
Unfold! Now thy bundled tarp
Cast it upon the rent so sharp
Make hast lest I extend my harp
Another memo, a louder carp
Beware! The next shall cc the king
From the gallows then thy body shall swing
Prithee repair thy roof with care.
I go now to wash my hair.
