There will be a path that leads me to you
So please wait, I'm trying not to take long
You're holding my heart so please be gentle
I need your love to remain safe and strong
There are times when I feel so all alone
Thoughts of you is what keeps me hanging on
I'm fighting for a love that I don't know
Knowing our feelings are each others clone
If we don't meet know the fight made life sweet
Kept bitterness from knocking at our door
Thoughts of you shielded loneliness away
Hope giving meaning to our life once more
Every day I wake I know it might be
The day when you are finally with me

About this poem:
Hope and bitterness do not live together. I will always hold hope close to me as I would a treasure.

There's doubtless beauty in plain truth,
gold spun above the stars own roof,
serving thus, make false words uncouth
embroiders a web of conceit by guile aloof;
Truth bows not down to manipulated lies,
't'is but pen scribed by timeless poetic laws,
the stoic heart, straight of limb applies,
antique written, unblemished, without flaws,
yet by pomposity, oft called naive simplicity,
truth, dignifies love for man's common good,
nurturing, fond realms of true brotherhood,
illustrates well, virtues jewel woven integrity,
Truth's own truth, sacred, undeniable,
free life's shackles by love unimpeachable.

Should life e'er cause you stumble to a fall,
and you lie broken, tearful on the clay,
I then would pause my days to aid your call,
No lady owns my love, but you this day.
I'd gladly piece together one by one,
The shattered segments of your crystal heart,
Embrace you in my arms 'till hurt is gone,
Fond dreams of you, now tearing me apart.
Rise my beauteous princess, take my hand,
And you will feel my love is strong and true,
Important that you know and understand,
The heart within this chest, thumps but for you.
Should e'er you dab a teardrop o'er the miles,
I pray this ardent verse restores your smiles.

What has to be done must be done
So quit beating about the bush
Rise up and commence the action
Give yourself the required push
It's no use procrastinating
The task cannot be wished away
It will still remain there waiting
Why should you waste another day
So make the effort now, my friend
And strive to do your very best
Soon you'll bring the task to an end
And then take a well deserved rest
To realise your ambition
Beware of procrastination

When my earthly fire extinguished be,
will thou at my carved cross appear
to speak of love, my posthumous spirit near,
and perchance, lay a flower there for me,
or wilt thou come when others long since fled,
with soft proud voice, unfaltering, kind,
read a verse I left thee long behind,
and chance, a tear fall from thy lovely head,
think of love that prospered through the snow,
think of love, not from a moistened eye,
nor sigh to murmuring winds for its reply,
for fragrant memories are unknown to woe,
no tears of pity, just a smile I pray,
life's ingenious scorn has quietly passed away.

About this poem:
Written to a special Lady when the world tumbled around us

There will be peace ahead and skies of blue
Waiting ahead for me there will be you
Here laughter tears all pain is forgotten
My days ahead will be days spent with you
Music of life just barely hanging on
Sounds of the heart that has already gone
Begging please release me now let me go
Beebeep beebeep beebeep beebeep beebeep
Silence comes there's not a stir in the room
Time to let go tho it feels like so soon
Friends and loved ones carry the memories
It's what one really has that's left behind
Tho some might see it as the closing act
And others look ahead not looking back

Yon lofty hills, dear lingering youth
when we climbed life"s sisphean slope,
amid tumbling rocks, yet, struggled on in hope,
now backward glance on labours oft uncouth,
each blind day, we green faith applied
upon the anvil of life's harsh forged sway,
each and every aching limb, relentlessly applied
the burning coals, to fire destinies unspoken play,
to climb the summits unattainable spoils,
such salad days, inspired by trackless spheres aloft,
passion filled, like as when, both lover and artist toils,
flew on wings, when life was green and soft,
yet despite the woes and destiny our present foe,
we sallied forth to Autumn's coloured glow.

Be you a letter, Oh Kite! For her from me
For you are able to visit the world,
Lies unseen far away, where does live she.
Tell her what stories me she had once told.
Tell her how shy was I in those green days.
Tell her how at present I have been sold.
In this world of money -- so everyone says --
No place to live in; no way to tread on,
Where power and penny matter always.
She lives in the heaven and like the sun
Dazzles with her radiance so brightly.
So tell her over me her grace to rain.
Her blessings if I can receive slightly,
I trust I can manage my way rightly.

I wish I could write a sonnet tonight.
I wish I could make it sweet for you.
I wish I could make it rhyme and right.
I wish I could though I don’t know how to.
=+-=+-=+=+-=+-=+=
I know I can never write a sonnet.
I know a sonnet is so hard for me.
I know that I am not a good poet.
I know I’m only ‘the sun and the sea’
=+=+-=+-=+=
So, how could I let you know that I care?
How could I show you what I feel inside?
I'd love to take away all your nightmare.
I’d love to shed every tear when you cried.
=+-=+-=+=+-=+-=+=
I wish the angels could give me more time,
So that, I’d say “I LOVE YOU ALL” in rhyme.

After you left, my world not remained same.
Everything changed; everyone changed and then
Everyone started openly to blame
Me that I was very much unshaken;
That I beat you and fought with you. Surely,
You know the truth, for you are not driven
Away by me. You know the truth only.
It was chance you left me as you wished so;
You did not try to understand early.
You did not see the truth and try to know
What is what and who is responsible
For the break off ‘tween us and you let go
The life be carried on as sensible,
As in your life I won’t be visible.
