You are quite a cliff in our times full of "influencers" of all possible kinds. How do you manage? Doesn't it feel lonely at times? Or is there a club for intractable minds? I'd like to become a member :)
I am aware of female profiles without pictures, but I am not interested in them, hence, the exclusion.
Gentlemen without picture, do your really look like the phantom image: a square singular chin, a reliable neck, a head full of hair?
Or do you fancy a number of chins and a scull like a billiard ball? In that case, the phantom is too flattering, the absence of the real photo is misleading and, actually, is a sign of a cowardly soul.
So what GULAG survivors are your personal favourite coaches in terms of keeping information hygiene? Shalamov? Razgon? Zhzhenov? Lihachev? Someone else?
But that takes time, quite a lot, doesn't it? And then you have to sift through all that long "scientific" words and then, as a reward, it turns out to be inconclusive. Isn't it simpler to go after a catchy slogan one finds on Facebook, especially if it's written in large letters?
We live under a constant shelling by different data about everything. It started shily, first with newspapers, continued with radio and then television. Though, you needed to be literate or own a radio or TV. But eventually, the information flow gained its strength and now it’s constant, persistent, powerful, omnipresent current. Impossible to avoid, so we are to manage it somehow.
Is it important for you to keep yourself “informationally clean”? How do you know what’s true? How do you separate wheat from chaff?
Could be. Any reference? And while you are at it, it still would be nice to get a proof of "It’s a fact that over 90% of lifelong smokers never get lung cancer" please.

By the way, did you see an article in the Guardian a few months ago there they tell about investigation into anti-Covid vaccine compagne? They traced its origin to Kreml'. So you can sue the Guardian too. Your chance to become rich and famous :)
I've read the article from my own perspective: some years ago, I've been a target for a vile gossip. If it ever happened to you, then you know how it affect all aspects of your life, including your health. If it never happened to you, then it's not possible to explain. And yes, I'd like to be able to demand proof from those "free-speechers".

I think, it's possible to live without a mobile phone, but why? You'd need to get access to functions, that are gathered in one device, from many different sources.
- Telephone function can be replaced by land-line, but you are going from mobile to house-bound.
- Text and mail can be replaced by physical letters. Never mind, if it will take days and weeks, enjoy the retro charm.
- Music can be replaced by vinyl records or, if you want to be totally independent, you can sing and play some musical instrument yourself. As well as dance, if you want to replace Youtube.
- There are dictionaries in book form, you can always have a couple of those with you.
- You can see the weather forecast in the window. It'll be as today, why wouldn't it. Wet your finger and keep it up to tell the direction of wind and North is on the mossy side of a tree.
I'm sure, there is a lot of other solutions and replacements and it looks like that I'd manage. But again: what's the point?
There were some achievements and some failures. I's in love and I've been loved. I've learned a lot and still have a drive to learn some more. I like my job and can afford my hobbies. And the best thing: I'm not tired of it yet :)

Cut down your demands, reduce your appetites, introduce yourselves to the concept of family planning. In general - learn to spend according to your income. In terms of energy spending as well as any other.
Western Europe made herself dependent on Russian hydrocarbons, while there are other types of energy. Especially the renewable ones, like wind or solar.
