On Thursday evening, the former president of the United States, flew to the Atlanta airport in his private jet, gets escorted in a motorcade with top security to the county jail to be processed for his recent felony charges. The entire event took less than an hour and he was escorted back to the airport to return to his residence at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey.Depending on who you listen to, he's got 4 indictments pending, maintains the highest lead in the poll for the Republican nomination for president in the 2024 election, teetering on the possibility of a conviction, yet has the ability to wrangle himself a self-pardon in the event he actually gets elected president.
Blogs aren't supposed to solicit responses from readers... but it would appear to the group of Trump supporters, they are comfortable with this man in the position of power as the leader of America... again.
That means that the Republican party cannot get anyone in the running they can support.
By a raise of hands, the majority of the would-be losers at the debate would support Trump should he win the nomination. He will represent the 'best of the best' of what their party has to present to America.
Reader comments to news stories (I've read) are often laser accurate and describe his pampering by the system allows him privileges that no one else in this country (having 4 indictments) is allowed to do. No restrictions of any kind... and should any be invoked, he and his supporters would squeal like stuck pigs.
How skewed are the polls... ?
If they lean in your political direction, they must be accurate. right?
But, if they lean in the opposite direction, they must be wrong... right?
Some polls reflect undying support for Trump, even if he's convicted on any of the charges, while others are showing that maybe less people are willing to vote for someone because they are tired of the daily back and forth 6 articles a day.
Come to your senses people... envision what 4 years of 'Vendetta in Chief' would be like and after the laws are changed for 'President for life' it will be too late.
