Life is hard, everyone knows that..pain is the way we want to feel..we can have pain or not.depends on how we perceive things..
most of pain comes from frustrations..all kind of them...
of being rejected, being unpopular,not having enough money, inadequacy,not being respectet, not heaving the place we think that we deserve in our society..and many other frustrations..
All these are generating pain...We can be painlessly instructed just listening to our inner philosophy..not judging but understand why things happen this way...
The smile can come first from us..giving to others..we receive back..
