I shall be
i normally spend xmas day at home with my kids and partner, of course this year is the first time that i shall be alone with them
but my dad and my stap mum have invited us over for xmas day, they only live 5 minutes down the road so we will wake up xmas day open our presents then go there for the rest of the day then to my mums like normal boxing day except i normally see my dad that day too
it will be nice to spend xmas day with my dad as i have not done that since 1996, the year my eldest daughter was born, i am lucky to still have my dad with us what with all his heart problems he has so i suppose this xmas i will take a step back and remember how lucky i am and how grateful i am to still have my parents with me
have a good xmas john, my thoughts will be with you also
mine will be somewhat strange I think
