leaving the plastic on

I get highly irritated by people who leave plastic on new things, furniture, TV's,remote controls you name it! Why do they think its gona last longer if its kept in there?
me: why do you still have the plastic on?
my friends: im scared its gona get dirty!uh oh

me: why is the plstic still on the printer?
boss: cause it looks newer that wayconfused
