What's for lunch ??????
It is almost that time of day again, when I find myself asking myself: "self...what's for lunch?"9 out of 10 times I am craving Sushi...this has simply got to be my latest addiction...
Especially anything with salmon and avocado
Sushi is definitely an aquired taste, I am not new to it...just that the supermarket down the road from me makes fresh sushi everyday and at a good price too...most days I am unable to pass the sushi counter, without getting a little take-away...
I just love the presentation, the flavour, the chopsticks, the wasabi, the ginger...Mmmmmmmmm! Yummy, I tried the salmon roses, with caviar for the first time in August this year, now I'm hooked on those tooo
Must admit though I don't prefer crabstix, I think that they are quite tasteless...
Is there anybody out there with a favourite food, you would like to tell me about ?

Chicken with gravy sauce and mince.
Fried Rice
Youghurt Salad
Vegetables with slices of meat cooked in tomato sauce
Would you like to come over and have some????
But that was a kind offer, your food sounds deliscious too...the yoghurt salad sounds very healthy and interesting, what do you put in there ?
The yoghurt salad has these ingredients:
a pinch of Garlic
Cucumber
Mint
Yoghurt
chicken salt and pepper.

Tange... never tried Sushi, any Good ??
another thing we have in common is the BBQ
i love to eat fish, but not sushi cos its raw meat
Hey Tange.....that's pretty awesome!!!! How do you guys cook your BBQ?
Hey smiylley....you can always try the yoghurt salad after you eat the sushi and tacos
Here is another hint.....youghurt salad is very delecious when you put it over BBQ meat and eat it together!
I could always put a few lamb chops on the BBQ for you and I am sure that would satisfy you more
Marina: Now that salad looks scruptious, thank you for the recipe...I will definitely be trying it Delish !
Smiley: Sushi is not for everyone... Taco's sound interesting Isn't that mexican food ? What goes in them ?
Is it ground beef and chilli or something?
Here you are, have another piece of raw fish
Thank you for joining my blog
We have a traditional sausage here that is called "boerewors" (farmers sausage) also we like beef, lamb chops, chicken and corn on the cob... I suppose just about anything that can be enjoyed on a BBQ...
Just like your scrumptious yoghurt salad we mostly serve potato salad with our BBQ's, beetroot, green salad... and there are various other traditional salads too...
all of that with some garlic bread and cornmeal porridge "pap" made the traditional way with tomato and onion gravy
Last but not least, the men always prefer to wash this all down with some beer
Not very healthy
I was invited a few times to a South African restaurant by a friend and my favourite dish was the piri piri chicken!
Not sure whether it was the same taste as the original South African tastes or Australianised....but it was delicious!!!
But Parti and his cat may show you the more exciting sites.....on the wild side
They have casinos and pokie machines everywhere
Oly, can you get sushi easily over there ? or do you have to sit in a restaurant ?
Smiley: Yes, Leo's a brilliant mind readers...hey ! you had better stop thinking what you are thinking, right away
Sounds like you had a tasty lunch...
Marina: That would be great if I ever had to visit, you could show me around...I wouldn't like to get lost...I have no objections to Parti and his inspector cat showing me some of the wilder parts of "The land down under" either... this all sounds fabulous.
wow I wonder how many people realise just how big Australia is ??? hehehe !
I feel like having shrimp salad yummiii ... now in 10 min I am driving to large mall with furniture from a Scandinavian country... and having their fantastic shrimp salad ...
I hope, nobody will stop me and ask to do something
Enjoy all your meal!
I am on my way to get that sushi I have been dreaming about
Marina im bringing my pal smily from new york here.
We want the grand tour.
Tango, i'd consider it. Hay, perhaps thay need a belly dancer at that place?
The correct term for raw fish is "Sashimi" this is thinly sliced, raw seafood. Many different kinds of fresh fish and seafood served on a platter... and I like it too
By the time you get that sushi you are starving...
At least we know it is freshly made, I actually enjoy watching them prepare sushi also... it is an art
once tried to prepare sushi at home.....it needs a lot of patience you know?
