Would you? Could you? Have you?
Here is the scenario:-Holidays are looming, plans have to be made.
Would you welcome a fellow blogger into your part of the world. Maybe be a tour guide for a day or two?
Rules.
This is not a date.
You are not expected to put someone in your house.
This has nothing to do with your "What I'm looking for list"
You are not expected to pay for anything.
What you could offer.
Meet your blogger at the airport assist in travelling to his/her accommodation.
Agree to meet up maybe one or two days for a day out.
If a woman was meeting a woman or a man meeting a man you may feel comfortable about sharing accommodation. That would be an added bonus.
This could apply just as much to those that are in a relationship, not looking for a relationship, or even those with kids.
You don't need to be far away. While it would be exciting for me to travel to China, a holiday in the UK or Ireland would be just as good.

Not a bad idea at all and I have been welcoming virtual friends in my part of the world, both men and women. Also visited some friends abroad as well and it is nice to be shown around by a local; I got to see Barcelona from an all different side.
I would go a little by my friends taste and combine the best of Holland and Belgium together.
Brussels is best for city walks watching Art Nouveau and Art Deco buildings, followed by a look at the more touristy Grand Place, a visit to some of the finest chocolatiers in the world (tasting included) and a concert in one of the trendy little cafes around.
Then there are Bruges and Ghent, both beautiful cities and the Ardennes with visits to medieval towns and beer tasting at one of the monestaries Belgium is also known for.
In the Netherlands I would do Rotterdam, Utrecht and Maastricht and a road trip along the coast of Zeeland; I know all the less touristy places there.
Ofcourse it would depend on the length of the stay and the taste of the guest; with a woman, a day of shopping somewhere would definitely be in - Breda is great for shoe shopping
Ofcourse Paris and London are also only slightly over an hour away... the sky is the limit
Is this something you had in mind?
I feel like going on holiday now
Conneticut is probably great Red to a stranger - folk flock to where I stay and I wonder why?
10K - this is not a date/boy-girl thing - you could show me the sites of Malta.
Sleepin - you have sold me on Belguin/Holland - you should be a tour guide.
Just let me know
So, yeah, I would join a bunch of us in a group somewhere. This is a pretty cool group and I know we would have fun!
It`s only 7 to 8 hours I guess.
I will inform you soon...
