Roll Call - My Name is
Its Shay = Sh**** A****I had this name for nearly 29 years now. Of course I do like my name. My mother told me my name was taken from a young Filipina actress who was famous when I was born. She adored her that time, and thought how pretty she was and that would make me pretty also carrying that name(of course that didn't work out, lol). My father let my mother chose my name, no discussion whatsoever.
Where your name came from? A combination of your mother and father's name (Yes, we do that)? Do you like your name? If ever one day you could actually change your name what would you choose?
Me, I would like Janina Caroline. Sounds gorgeous.
No intention of exposing your real name.

No big mystery about my name cause it's Jana, and it's pronounced with the French J, like Jeanne d'Arc. Actually in my ID it's written Zhana with Latin letters. But I prefer to write it here with the letter J. The Cyrillic initial letter of my name is very beautiful and looks like a butterfly. CS doesn't maintain the Cyrillic alphabet so I will show it to you by an image.
My name is the Bulgarian pronunciation of the French name Jeanne, which is of Hebrew origin and means GOD IS GRACEOUS.It's male variant is Jean/John:
John: Biblical: the name of the longest-lived of the 12 apostles, who was especially loved by Christ. Also the name of John the Baptist, who baptized Christ in the Jordan river. Dozens of variant forms, given names and surnames, male and female, have been created in almost every language. For a few examples, Jan is a Dutch and Slavic form; Janos is Czech; Joao is Portuguese; and the Johan variants are German and Swiss. Possibly the most popular name in history; kings, popes, saints, heroes, villains, and men of every degree between have borne the name. A contemporary trend seems to be to hyphenate Joh, Jean, Jon, Sean, and Shawn with various other names.
I was named after my mother's mother who was Jana too. Her mother chose this name from some novel where the main character (I bet some beautiful romantic lady ;) was called like this. My middle name is my father's first name + the suffix -ova, and my family name is my grand-grand-father's name (from my father's side), again + the suffix -ova. My names are quite long :) My initials are JDP. At the moment I still have my ex's family name but I won't have it soon so I won't mention it :)
I like very much my first name, it's relatively rare here and I think it represents me well.
Here is my initial letter:
The idea of names just came to me as I was remembering some of my high school classmates names and includes our family name. I have "A" as the first letter with my surname, so I'm kinda one of the first names to be called on attendance (the roll call title) and during class recitations.
So, Jana/Zhana. Its quiet a unique name (for me) as we don't have your name in our place. And I so find it so warming and smooth esp with the letter J. And truly your name's meaning is appropriate. That God truly is Gracious!
For John, we usually use the name Juan in the Philippines (Spanish). Its one of the most common male name.
I can imagine how long your name is and that it would be not an easy job for me to read and pronounce it...hehe. It must be good to hear it pronounce by you, in the proper way so that I could read it properly (One day).
Thanks for sharing Jana.
Your initial indeed look like a butterfly, open wings.
Then if you are June because you were born on that month, then I would be August. Nice name actually for me...hehe. For me June sounds tough and firm. Its like being sturdy, and I can see that in you. Guess that fits you in a way.
Nicole, Nadine, Natalia; good choice. Sounds feminine. Good name choices for a little girl in the future (for me, sorry just imagining).
Thank you for the video June.
Thank you again.
To the names!

Never met them but the names linked us together....
I adore my name so NO change for me...
HI, unfortunately I only share the name with El Maestro.!
I think your name is very very nice! Much better than Janina Caroline!
You are really humorous. Like it. Is it Mark?
Nice story...hehe. If you were name after your Aunts, you could have a girl's name...
That's why as early as now, I have got names for my future children, male or female (If I will be blessed to have).
Thank you.
Your name reminds me of someone in the past that I developed a feelings towards but he _____ me..... Anyways, back to your name. You definitely not small (as your name says). You are a person of personality and have a lot to express.
You are fond of the letter "L" and double. I associate the letter L for being fair and appropriate. Is it?
Our surname sounds a lot like, yes company; yours L, mine A. Mine sounds like Chinese, and yours Spanish.
I can see the fitting connection between you and the Maestro himself. Exceptional mind.
And what could be your name be, I wonder as a lot of trees around... .
