for pancreatic cancer.
This test is based on a simple blood test
for an abnormal protein secreted by the cancer.
It has the potential to save thousands of lives,
because for some, it will enable treatment
BEFORE the cancer spreads.
Pancreatic cancer has historicly been a very painful
death sentence, because by the time it is detected,
the patient has only a short time to live
and it spreads to other organs.
This test allows early detection and for many it while will
still be treatable.
