Read what you eat!!
Have you ever read what is in some of the foods we eat??? Until recently, I really didn't pay that much attention. I'm trying to improve myself, my health and my life and am really trying to eat more healthy so, I am reading EVERYTHING I am even considering purchasing for meals.High fructose corn syrup....transfats....hydrogenated ANYTING...these are in most processed foods and are the cause of obesity, memory loss and heart disease....not a complete list. And the DIET foods are even worse These artifical sweetners have been known to help develop cancer, MS, depression...to name a few.
Seems to me...I have put of "good reading" for far too long. Going to fresh/frozen veggies and fruit; water, tea (hot and cold) and water (from time to time, a glass of wine)..free range chicken and eggs and if I have a sweet tooth that fruit can't fix.....maybe a bit of real sugar in my tea. Bye-bye chocolate....

Plenty of fiber all the same
I eat eggs, fried chicken livers, try get as much fish as I can, try only eat red meat once a week for the iron. And eat chicken, or get a bag of chicken pieces.
I dont eat fried foods, only steam, or stewed, boiled.
no artificial ingredient.
Try stay away from tinned foods.
Eat fresh fruit each day.
No sauces, I put herbs in the food instead.
Potatoes, pasta, or rice for carbohydrates.
Ok, I dont think the white rice is too good for one, and I think the frozen fish hakes etc, and the ones in the batter, have probably some artificial ingredients added to them, to maybe store them longer.
I try stay away from Bread. yeast is a real cancer threat, and people suffer sinuses, allergies etc from yeast, It causes havoc with the body.
Everyone I meet, like today at the post municipality thought I am 30 years of age, Im far older than that.
I have a body of a twenty year old still,
execise a few weights 3 times a week for an hour. and thats it.
dont have a pain in my body.
Havent been sick for years on end.
so, I dont know if its the diet and all, leaving out the artificial ingredients.
Its in loads of daily items.

she says to eat everything but with the mind, and with the least amount of preservatives
If you ever get the urge for chocolate, try organic dark chocolate. This kind of chocolate is good for your heart health.
