why is it when you need to pop into the house to get something for what you doing in the garden, and you scrape your shoes on the wire scraper, and then on the washable mat, until nothing is coming away, they are spotless ...why is it within 2 steps you are leading clods of mud over the lino and the carpet?
Garden is definitely looking better. Kitchen lino and carpet are now in dire need of TLC.

Will make moving abroad for my lavishly-funded retirement a tad trickier if we're back to the good old days of being on the brink of war at any point with most of the hotter and more pleasant countries in Europe but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it.
I do find if I go away for a while my blogs take a more interesting direction so ta-rah. I'll sneak back soon with coffee and see if it is getting anywhere.
Oh, and I will be doing one soon about murder. If you'd ever wanted to murder someone, and how you planned to cover your traces. I am shamelessly picking brains. So if this blog turned that way that would be extremely cool.
I'm finding I'm not going a bundle on imagining the high-pressure icy hose. Just sayin'. So that will HAVE to go. The talc, though - hmmm.
