Help for smokers
Thousands die from the effects of smoking each year, not only from cancer, but heart disease too. The evidence is unfortunately clear and overwhelming. It's something I've witnessed closely. I've seen members of my family & friends die because of smoking. Trust me, it's not a pretty thing to see. I've also done cancer research; cell biology & genetics. With all that is known about the links to smoking and bad health, we all know it's clearly stupid to smoke. But, I am not here to chastise smokers. I know nicotine causes a powerful addiction and that most of you are smart enough to at least want to quit. Perhaps the following video will help you. I hope so.
