The only safe action is to start the communication with direct planning of a meeting in real life without any compromise,if he or she ask to send her or him travel costs then cancell and forget the whole issue immediately without thinking twice!,if you are requesting the meeting and you are serious and interested then go to meet the other party, ! Yes or no,to be or not to be! If the other party is the interested one ,then ask him or her to travel to your country on her or his own cost to meet you in real life!
