Just look at the blogs here ,The most boring and over and over same old story ,it is no wonder that the blogs are on their way to a very slow death
Has anybody wondered why most of the people that were here are gone?
Well just look at the blogs and you'll have your answer
I am sure that there will be a lot of people that will leave their very nice disagreement Thoughts
But that is not going to change the facts that most of the blogs that are here truly are the remedy if you want to get to sleep ,or if you want to die a Slow Death
These blogs are better than Mommy's bed time stories when I was Young

I lost track as it's been more than 9 months with tooth extraction, bone rebuild and membrane, implant, fitting for a crown and today the crown installation procedure was finished.
Lots of waiting between steps to assure the implant will take.
I felt some pressure between the adjacent molars when the crown was installed, but the dentist said that will quickly disappear... she was right.
Different technology to many of the YouTube examples I've seen. My crown screwed through the top and sealed with composite. Should anything go wrong, the dentist can remove the composite cap and remove the screw holding the crown and abutment into the implant. Any of it can be repaired or replaced.
My dentist said it's 'the Mercedes' of implant procedures and I'm thinking I would have been happy with a Toyota!

I started low carb diet last December 2021. I used to be semi-vegan.
Eating food with carbohydrates below 100g is a must.
In the low carb diet there is an IN and OUT list.

Foods that are OUT
sugar, sweet fruits,soda, chips, cheese, breads, vegetables that have inflammatory effect in the body, rice, juices, dairy, pastas and noodles
Foods that are IN
meats, eggs, sea foods fish, vegetables, almond flour, coconut flour, black coffee, shirataki: rice,noodles & pastas

Intermittent fasting is observed daily for ketosis or fat burning.
My fasting schedule that was given by my low carb diet coach is 12pm & 8pm.
I can have 2 meals a day. Lunch 12pm and dinner 8pm.

My coach suggested exercise every other day.
Muscle isolation exercise by platform vibration machine I did.

During the first 2 months I belched a lot. 12 times in 10 mins.
I have GERD from the diet. Drink a lot of water.
Feeling too weak to move. I tire easily.
Sometimes I experience hypoglycemia from my ketosis.
But the benefits of low carb is really wow!

My food allergy is gone.
I can now eat shrimps, clams , mussels, chicken and eggs.
I now enjoy wearing denim jeans. My waistline is now visible.
Abdominal muscle is gradually showing up in my tummy.
Breasts are more firm even without a bra.
Facial muscles are taut no dropping eyelids & double chin.

I am much healthier now. Than last year.
2019 I was rushed in the emergency room for pain in my lower abdomen.
The doctor have no idea what it was. CT scan is needed.
Kidney stone deposits are revealed!
Thank God I can get well by taking medications no surgery.
I paid P15,000+ hospital bills in less than 24hrs.
Kidney stone medication for a month at P5,000.
Today
No hospital & cosmetic enhancement bills too.
My final decision is to keep my low carb diet.
Even though I reach my target weight & waistline.
I want to live long and look young without cosmetic surgery.
I save on money by being healthy.

According to health definition, if you have an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object, place, situation, feeling or animal, then you are suffering with Phobia.
Arachnophobia affects 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men.
The symptoms are, increased heart rate, rapid breathing, trembling and nausea. These symptoms would justify the term phobia.
Well, I know I hate spiders, but usually only if in a confined space, and before I can relax I must somehow remove it. It amazes me how some people pick them up and deposit them outside
Why I have this hatred of the creatures puzzles me. I can only think it is some justifiable fear from when we evolved and had dangerous experiences with poisonous varieties, which still exist.
Heights bother me, and can only think that this is a safety device to warn me of danger. Why doesn't everyone have this fear?

Can rabies be cured?

What if I miss a rabies shot?
