Stage 4 Narcissism

Here's a good read and I guarantee you it is worth the time. It's lengthy, but it will give you a lifetime of knowledge about this adaptive/evil personality. It's hard to understand if you do not have a framework to build off of, but it's real, it's painful to the victims and it is unfortunately, out of control......If anyone would wish to discuss further email me as I don't wish to spend anymore time with negativity on these blogs......

Stage 3 of the Narcissist

Disappear for a while, for new narcissistic supply. Then after a period of time hopefully things have settled down and return to start to cultivate more supply.....textbook

Health is 1, and all other things are zeros

I think health is 1, and all other things we are good at in life are zeros, no matter how many things you are good at, without health, everything turn out to be zero.

Hi!!!!!!!!!!!! Hypertension ?

How to reduce blood pressure naturally
Avoid salt. A population-wide 1200 mg decrease in sodium consumption has been estimated to reduce coronary heart disease cases by 60,000, strokes by 32,000, and heart attacks by 54,000 each year. Plus, remember that salt does damage unrelated to blood pressure too.
Avoid added sugars.
Minimize caffeine and alcohol.
Focus preferably on plant protein rather than animal protein.
Get plenty of minerals, phytochemicals and antioxidants by eating primarily whole plant foods. For example, flavonoids from berries have a blood pressure-lowering effect, and nuts can enhance endothelial cell function, which promotes proper blood pressure regulation. Also, a dietary pattern high in fruits and vegetables is consistently associated with healthy blood pressure levels in observational studies.
Exercise regularly and vigorously.
Follow my micronutrient rich dietary program and regain a normal weight..... ..........if you know this already well and good...if not start know it now....take care of your health for best blogging..laugh rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing hug wave

Thankfully they have health insurance

Just heard on the radio....yes....I do listen to the radio a lot, maybe too much. confused laugh

Anyway, they had a guest on their talking about the top cancer fighting medications and how they double and tripled in price in the past couple of years. He said, an increase in price like that usually takes much longer time. Even with insurance, a patient can still spend upwards to $100,000 a year on medicine. Basically, taking, the majority who can afford this medication, their life savings. Thankfully we have insurance....still broke anyway. very mad

It seems as big business can stick it to the population no matter what.

Puffy ankles

Boring and unglamorous subject, yes, but blast it, a real problem. I sit at a computer most of the day, and in summer, even cold days, my ankles puff up. very mad I start every day with ankles like a racehorse and end it with shirehorse fetlocks.

I'm up and down the whole time getting coffee, I walk the dog every day, and I do a dance routine to keep fit at least 4 times a week, so it isn't lack of exercise. Same routine, winter and summer, why does it only happen in summer, and can anyone tell me how to stop it happening?
