More Intro,...

I should point out that since 1997(while on the tiger team @ the dearly departed Shiva Corporation,... If you ever used dial-up I test drove the client you used), when the famed Crackberry first darkened our shirt pockets, I have been a major advocate of pocket internet. And a lot of the features you enjoy currently on your cell, came about because myself and a few hundred other really hardass corporate users beat the tar out of those lazy bums in platform development at verizon, sprint, and at&t (okay, so maybe some of them aren't so adorable)... But I digress... My point is that in order to keep my money where my little teeny keyboard is... I'll be making the bulk of my blog entries on a handheld. So please cut me a touch of slack for multple entries on certain days. The LG Env I'm using today has a fairly lame buffer and doesn't use java in the O/S... So if I want to post a long entry, it's got to be in chunks. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

THE MISADVENTURES OF THE LOSTSAILOR!!!

Welcome to my blog...
Lacking key clues for an actual 'catchy theme' for this blog, I think what I'll attempt to do here is chronical my day to day existence here on Cape Ann ... Where they claim spring doesn't exist...(the reality is that we have a have a really sweet spring ... But the hardened 'Gloucesterman' would.be nowhere if he couldn't b*tch about everything that crosses his path).
As you can probably tell, I'm not originally from here. Nope, I was born and raised in Portsmouth, R.I. Where the main local exports are potatoes, the quahog, and guidance systems for nuclear torpedoes.
But don't get me wrong. Cape Anne is about as beautiful a place as you can ever find on the atlantic coast. It's one of those places that the glaciers once spilled into the sea. On frequent hikes I take in the woods with the kids, it's not at all weird to be walking through the woods and find a 20 foot boulder sitting in a spot hundreds of feet from the nearest cliff or large rock formation, as if tossed there.

No Stress When You Are Having Fun

Let go of the outcome...

When we are able to let go of the outcome, miraculous things happen, we allow ourselves to be, we allow ourselves to flow and we do not allow ourselves to be distracted by judgmental voices in our heads or by the possible judgments of others. We let go of right/wrong, good/bad, we simple flow and be. We trust in the feeling of having fun and understand that the result is not important, it is the moment that is important.

Have you ever witnessed someone really let go and dance, even though they are not a good dancer, or sing, even though their voice is not a great singing voice and secretly wished to yourself that you had the courage to let go like they do? Most of us have been in this place.

Why do we not let go? Usually it is fear that holds us back. It is the fear of what others might say or that we may feel foolish. When we allow this fear to hold us back, we stew in our own decision while the world dances and sings around us. We hold back, while others are having fun all the while defending our choice to not take the chance of looking foolish in our own eyes or the eyes of others.

Many people justify not having fun or letting go because that is not their story and they don’t want to appear to be out of character. Do yourself a favor today, let go of that character you so rigidly hold on to and jump into the deep end of the pool and have fun.

Let go of the outcome and you will be astonished at what you can do and how much fun you will have with life!

Weird dream last night...(blog number 3)

I had a dream last night...so, I was just about done coiffing my new helmet-like pompadour, had my cockatoo bird perched on my shoulder (the top of his little head dyed black to match my new "do") when the phone rang...gosh darn-it if they didn't cancel my Vegas act. So, here I am, with this $200 hair-do that I have no use for unless I want to graze through the sausage aisle or baked goods section at the local grocery chain and stir up some "Elvis sightings." Nah, I think...maybe I'll just head to Venice Beach with my ornery bird and give the man with his psychic cats a run for his panhandling money.

So, I didn't do that & now I am sitting here, with a shaved head, and a bald-headed bird screeching and bobbing his head up and down neurotically (I can't take that any more...how do you stop them doing that?), remote control in hand, eating day-old frozen pizza (& I didn't even bother cooking it & now the bird is eating meat off the top of it & screechy bobblehead is supposed to be a vegetarian). See? Slipping back into my barbarous ways, even in my dreams.

hey there ppls

hey i havent posted a blog in a while because i have been so busy with setting up a career for my future and all. i have recently been down in the dumps and im really scared because my mum has a history with depression and i really dont want to go down the sam road as her. at one point she was even saying in front of us kids that all she wanted to do was end her life and that just broke me up inside at the thought of losing someone that i love so much. crying
but i have learnt to stay strong and believe in myself and live life to the fullest no matter what and that i wat i intend to do for the rest of my life.
i have now realised through many hours of sitting at home alone thinking about how much i hate my life that its not going to get me anywhere to be thiking like that.
anyways all my life i have thought that i wanted to be a hairdresser but it turns out that i have another passion...cars. when i tell ppl all they can do is laugh because to them the thought of a female being a mechanic is just so funny to them. i guess it is weird but i cant help how i feel lol
it seems that every blog a post has something negative in it im not sure why that is lol
on th upside i think i have found somebody that can make me really happy so i am looking fpprward to where that is going to lead
hopefully i will have my very own happy ending
xoxo

Howdy again, blog number 2

Thank you for your comments, ladies, they are much appreciated...today was yet another day in the endless shuffle of days that dawn with opportunity and end with insomnia. The Jay-Man lives for opportunity. Well, that and strong coffee, good chocolate and giving foot rubs to deserving women. Mellow moods and soothing tunes made life a smooth ride. Hey, I like to cook, too. I am fully domesticated & I actually might like some of the same things you do.

So, how are things with you, any of you anonymous or already-introduced chicas out there in liberty land? Step up and say hi...I'll be waitin' for ya.

Till then, signing off from the great SFV in Southern California.

GOATEE'S DEVOTION OF THE DAY

John 15:4 Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit on itself, it must return to the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.

Oswald Chambers: The disciple who abides in Jesus is the will of God, and what seems to be his free choices are actually God's foreordained decrees.

To understand things is a huge victory for any believer, it's a stress killer and most of all victory of people who love to annoy you for no darn reason. Religious burdens I call them and for them here's your knock out punch.

They make it seem as a task is the call or well God's will in my life really??? says who???
I mean really in all honesty checking with the old saints story's you people are full of crap. First thing first: A person must (((learn))) to become a Spirit filled vessel for the Lord, all bible knowledge degree's experience, etc., is meaningless without that known and applied.

Let's get a mental picture of two types of people. You have a door greeter at wal mart.
This person is vessel for the Lord no degree and really just using that task given in the glory of Christ. Ok now you have a famous Preacher or singer or actor whatever that doesn't abide in Jesus this person has degree's knowledge etc.

Ok say I have encounter with both. Well, I walk in wal mart the door greeter God speaks to well He is abiding kinda hard not to know His voice, prays for me and well I'm renewed and refreshed with one prayer. Ok I go to whatever the big Christian thing and that non abider is preaching up a storm sounds good and such words make sense. Not abiding 9 times out of 10 I'll leave beaten up and broken. Rules and telling me how to do something without the power to do. Religious burden<<<defined.

The wal mart greeter will be rewarded insanely in heaven the other guy will be lucky to make it He rejects the light and well bible says it over and over that choice. Ever seen left behind preacher left<<<<< there's your answer. My tasks are what God gives me to show His glory in my work, but never His will.

The will of God is the saint who receives Him daily for a renewed heart and mind and conscience in His pleasing Spirit. No need to throw rules tell you this or that. People if you do that you can't help but to change:) God programs your hindpot and you'll be given a conscience to please Him, and the Spirit will testify you are doing just that. So quick to throw rules and demands and telling me what to do and not to do but never leading me to the Power to give me the ability to. God's Love changes me not some jerk with a degree.
God sense 101
THUS SAYS THE LORD STOP LAYING BURDENS ON MY PEOPLE, WHICH I HAVE NOT LAID ON THEM STOP PRETENDING YOU ARE RIGHT WHEN YOU ARE WRONG. STOP PUTTING EVERYTHING IN MY PEOPLE'S PATH BUT ME.
I AM THE LORD NOT YOU UNDERSTAND IT.
THUS SAYS THE LORD

friendship

right from my childhood, till date friends played a major role in shaping me,whether it was education profession good and at bad times,it all destined and it totally depends on u how u reflect to them,i had bitter experiences with few but we cant treat everyone in the same way,

WE ARE ALL ONE

angel We as One are fast approaching a transition which is of the most wonderful of all creations we as living beings will ever experience. It has been longed for, tested, and sooo many times challenged yet it still resides quietly and patiently like the slower player on a team at the sidelines. When awoken within each and every living being it will create as promised Heaven on Earth,, regardless of Ones beliefs, ones teachings, or ones ego centered thought patterns, it is life itself and it is all inclusive. NO-thing is excluded. The so labelled ironic part is that it dwells within,, Love yourself completely, no judgement, no separation, no lack of nothing, trust in who YOU ARE,, it seems too easy does it not ?? <><> Love and Light make it right. Peace +++innocent reindeer
