dear LL, I admire your courage and share your feelings. this website, however, is worldwide and international. you should have seen the bashing i took on 9/11 for defending america.

I wasn't trying to be disrepectful to anyone, but i have never heard anyone who rejected God, even the Satanists believe in God! They just don't worship him. Either you are worshipping God or you are serving Satan. There is no in between.
I don't believe in God but i don't believe in Satan either.I try to live my life and treat people in the way i would like to be treated.

Don't be bothered by people you're describing. Act as Jesus did, Love them, and give them an helpful hand if they need it. One day they will know and understand it in their own manners.

lovinglaura: it's not a matter of being a good person...many church goers are not saved, it's a personal choice to accept God. i didn't say anyone was bad. i was saying that there is no in between. i just don't understand that's all. i am a teacher so i encounter many parents, children, and co-workers daily. I have never heard anyone deny God. They may not go to church or discuss him, but i just never heard anyone deny his existence, i do not mean that any of the people on here are bad. I apoligize for coming across that way. i just didn't understand it. i apoligize for sounding like i direspected anyone.
It's interesting. You keep proclaiming "I don't understand it," but show absolutely no interest in making even the tiniest attempt to understand the arguments and evidence non-theists/non-Christians use to defend and/or arrive at their beliefs.
