It saddens me to see that the people that Jesus Christ died for are still mocking him and rejecting him. Nobody else will ever love you as much as he does, so how can you make jokes about the one who suffered a horrible death on Calvery just so you could have a shot at going to Heaven. I do not understand this rejection and non-belief.
Because, yours is not the only God........ They are all man made, so why should anyone want yours in particular.....
There is a higher power, not neccesarily a God, so why box it up and claim it for yourself ?

You got to understand Laura. that not everyone is a believer, nor do they want to believe. they feel that GOD has done nothing for them personally. Infairness he has saved you, he has done you so many things. Ppl are yet to see before they believe. But why comment on ppl, because they dont believe, as long you do in respect. GOD will deal with them. You live your life with God, and let ppl live there lives as they see fit, It shouldnt bother you whether they disbelieve, I'm sure before you found God in your life, before that, werent you the same? or were you born into a christian family, If you werent, then you will know what its like to have a disbelieve, if you were born in the family of christianity, then you need to open your eye a little and see and respect not everyone believes, or want to believe, or is planning to beleive in God. Dont let it get to you.

more importantly what makes them think we want saving in the first place????
i would love to see their look when they die and NOTHING happens.... of course, that would mean that something would have to happen for them to see that there is no heaven or hell !!!!!!
maybe it could just be a short "after death" event .... just long enough for them to see the gates of heaven and the sign reading: "out of business, we are closed forever !!"

As for "why do they do it," haven't you heard of the instruction to be a witness to belief? They just go about it wrong, lol. I don't like Mormons knocking on my door, either, so I hear you.If I find out "nothing happens" (I assume you mean there is no life or continuation of life after death), it won't really matter, because I will have lived the life I wanted to anyway (for the most part). Somehow I doubt this will happen because I have experienced too much to not believe in the spiritual world.

i am not ashamed of the name jesus christ, why people are? it offends them. when you say buddah or your a hairy chrischna people dont mind that lol/ i think its because jesus came, died for our sins, and there is a claus. u have to actually believe your a sinner first and then repent and ask him to into your life. which a lot of people find offensive, but do do some REAL RESEARCH of the bible and make your own conclusions about him before you judge others who are willing to say they do, good on you for standing up for your faith in jesus. im with you@@

but one of the main one is... why would a god, let a child suffer with a awful illness?....cancer, progeria, tumors, AIDS etc...
or let children die of starvation
