How y "crazy" Moemer el Gaddafi (as it always shows the West), can be seen from the fact that he has united all the tribes, especially the two major ethnic groups in Libya why Libya has always had to be divided into two administrative parts. Gaddafi has made a strong unitary state. Contracts with foreign oil companies made ??so that most of the money from the oil remained in Libya to the benefit of the people, by the major oil companies was 100 percent state owned. Oil production was reduced to just one dollar per barrel, while in other countries and the price went over $ 100.

well cant say exactly,cos i ve never been to libya.but from all the information i m getting from internet and media they didnt have a normal life over there.
and most importantly they never had a democracy and freedom of speech.i think its the biggest crime of the head of the state for not giving people a freedom.and again stolen billions would tell alot about his presidency and about the life of his nation.
