EVENT - Day 11 Ski Lift Gondola Snafu.
You and you are teammates are together in the ski lift gondola, which is taking you up the mountain for the snowboard cross race.
You're high above the snowy ground, nervously anticipating the upcoming event, when suddenly the gondola comes to an abrupt halt. Something is not right. It's not starting to move again. The minutes are ticking by.
The competition begins in 20 minutes!
What will you do to get you and your teammates to the starting gate of the snowboard cross race on time?

Being proud of where we come from..We ALL carry our own S A flag in our back pack, this works very well as a temporary parachute
breaks the fall a bit.. We have also learnt that there are very sure footed cows that roam these slops, they are very fast too, so we use our beads to lasso a couple, jump on their backs and reach the starting point long before any of the other teams get there

The Super G.
It's a foggy and overcast morning at the top of the mountain in Sochi. The Super G is about to begin - a downhill speed skiing event that requires intense concentration and razor sharp turns with wide set gates.
Each skier runs the course one at a time, and due to the unusual warmer temperatures in Sochi, the course conditions are unpredictable and several skiers wiped out during the practice runs yesterday.
Several injured skiers were helicoptered off the mountain and heard mumbling something about being distracted by a cow. The cow reports have thusfar been unsubstantiated.
What is your preference as to the order in which you will ski the Super G?
A) go first, and set the score to beat.
B) be in the middle and hope the course has been cleared of cows.
C) go last, knowing what the score is to beat

A coming from a country where our main export products consist of dairy products and hobbitses, Im not fazed at all by the sight of a cow and thus set a new Super G world record time.... I did however make a mental note to send some hobbitses up the mountain to round up those cows and send them down to the finish line for a bbq....

Curling has its roots in medieval Scotland, involves a great deal of strategy and teamwork, brooms, and snappy fashion choices.
Your team marches onto the ice with brooms in hand and ready to sweep the competition away.
What will your team be wearing?
A) Traditional classic?
B) Unassuming?
C) Hunky beefcake?
D) Dazzle them with brillance?
E) American inspired polyester?

Our Team all had some Xtra Clothing, Especially Jono, You Know how Women are,
We Saw the Maintenance Dept Inspecting the Problem On a Large Snow Mobile Below, pulling a Sled behind, We Flagged them Down, They said they Could not Bring us to the top, So we Offered them Half of our Beer, the said lets hurry, We Tied all of the Clothes together, all sliding down Our Home made rope, we all Got in the Sled and was to the top in Minutes..... When We saw Team Africa Coming up on Cows, We Just Giggled, But They Did make it up the mountain With Sore Butts!

Aaaaah! But we used to riding bare back

Well folks it was an extremely freezing cold day that greated contestants for the Snowboard Cross Race. Team Aus/Kiwi came prepared in their Merino wool/possum fur undergarments and on top layer upon layer of Lederhosen.
Then the worst thing that could happen on the way up the mountain the Gondola stopped.
Well we didn't panic at all, not us son's and dughter's of MacGyver.
Each of us stripped off a few layers of Lederhosen and tied them together into the shape of a "Leder", we tossed our snowboards out the door, climbed down the "Leder" to the snow and scurried our way up the mountain to the race start point with 10 minutes to spare.
