Kaybee50: For the next 12 days, be a part of history.

With true Olympic spirit, I bring to you the 1st Annual "CS Olympics"! cheering

We have:
Team Canada
Team USA
Team Americas (Mexico, Central, and South America)
Team Australia, New Zealand
Team Asia
Team Africa
Team United Kingdom
Team Europe (European Contient)

5 people are allowed to make up each team.

Every day I will ask a question and every person on each team is to respond truthfully.

At the end of 12 days, the teams with the highest points will win Gold, Silver and Bronze standings.

I am the judge. grin

You will gain points and you will lose points for unsportsmanlike behavior.

Bonus questions will be tossed in a few times.

Hurry! The first 5 people to say "Yes! Count Me In", will be accepted.

benni2: firstly i would reassure everyone that its going to be ok,ive seen every disaster movie made since 1975.then id get them to smash the windows in the cable car so we had a supply of fresh air, then we would tap out an sos on the cable using a spoon, remove our clothing to make the car lighter so it stays floating, start a fire in the car and hope a passing ship sees us and finally start digging our way out ,concealing the rubble in the sand.....................aah no prob just jump

Just another day at the office, I see. laugh

Delatude: 1 - Pick up my trusted cell phone and call the ski lift operator and emergency services.

2 - Call the venue to explain the incident and reschedule our participation in the event at a later hour.

So calm, cool and collected. cheers

Mauss: Not exactly how I remember it.
Dressed as mythical creatures we were but I don't remember the leprechaun.
One went as a garden gnome, another as a fairy, one as a fluffy pink prancing unicorn but I can't remember the last creature.

Shrek no doubt. grin

It was obvious that the lift was quite old and antiquated. There had been a few such issues with it in the days prior to this but the maintenance crew was very good at getting it moving and we actually made it to the top before many of the other teams. Some of the other teams were so sure that they would win this event due to the lack of competition, unfortunately started to celebrate a bit too early, providing the rest of us with some entertainment while attempting their runs.
