Its a bit unfair to label ALL the woman ....
Someone suggested to me all the GooD woman and men too are already in relationships because they are worth holding onto ...
I have to admit this theory made me feel real special ...
Some others have a mentality of taking what they can get ... and then think that others should also adopt this mentality ...
I prefer a straight knock back there and then rather than being strung along in the land of the not knowing ...
If you keep getting knocked back then try and figure out why ?? and then Change the way you go about trying to meet others ... sooner or later the law of averages says you'll succeed ....

About 99% of guys contacting me only wanted a leg-over, and only guys with long-term actually could contact me. BS and lying at it's best here.
No standards, literally everything with a pulse would do to get up on (I'm not that naive that they only would try to land me).
Fake profiles, messing etc. if I didn't want to meet someone/meet again - some real head cases on here.@ OP, if something doesn't work for you, change it.
I don't like the way I was approached here and prefer to date in RL - because I do have choices and I am picky with who I actually want to have in my life. If someone has choices in RL, they have some here, too. If someone doesn't, ask yourself why.

About 18 months ago I messaged a lady on this site. It was not a matter of love at first message since I sent her a sarcastic comment regarding her profile.
We got over that hurdle and actually met about 6 weeks ago. We met in Sydney NSW where neither of us live. On the basis of that meeting lasted about 8 hours we agreed to meet closer to where I live in the NT Australia. She has now spent 5 days with me and we hope it lasts the rest of our lives.

Exactly.....though it doesn't always conspire that way....and i think perhaps i've given to much leeway to the *fact* of marriage in supposing they intend to date first.....not always the case

Yes, you could be anybody for marriage as a means to an end (or for a leg-over locally). It's not that hard to know when it is that way I find though.
I saw it in RL in Germany with a neighbour and a friend of my brother with wives from different cultures but also in RL - some girls want a ring on their finger and babies and the who isn't that important. Not going to well looking at their "marriage", I am sorry for the kids.
