my mother had a weekly delivery organised. costed back then 5 euro a week. The flowerguy had plenty addresses.

Some feel that now they have the woman they don't have to try anymore (and visa versa) that's when problems start IMO

Necessities such as bills , food , mortgage & children often take priority over a bunch of scented weeds . Maybe women won't agree with my statement , but you have to get your priorities right if you want a successful marriage.. That's not to say you can't show your love & affection towards you wife in other ways.
A priority should be keep your family in tact and happy. I am sure flowers can still be given. My husband and I through out the years bought each other flowers, trinklets and etc. But the flower I remember the most was us walking around in the stick marsh and him picking a beautiful purple flower out of the water for me. 
Thank goodness you can do romantic things without money or we would of been in trouble

Was married to the same man from 1980 to 2007 and romance never played second fiddle to bills,food,mortgage and our son.
There wasn't a day that we both didn't do little things to show our love for one another.Such as leaving little "I love you" "Thank you for being in my life" notes for us to find.
