LeeCharming: Not me…I am very polite and charming…words can be used in a more productive way and mean something…I notice some people especially, online using profanity a lot and those words don’t empress me… Big question? Could you live life without swear words? I know I could, because they are not valid in an argument and they don’t replace facts
I only ever user swear words, if I am at boiling point and that it very rare
I feel I am pretty much similar. I dislike to use any swear words in every day communication, even at boiling point but ones in a blue moon ), very rare, it can happen.

I think it is how we were brought up and the words our parents used
I always have a headache, it just depends if the painkiller work or not, in which case I have to wait 4 hours before able to drink painkillers, in which time the best is to read a book, or sit on the internet like now.
Yes All Religious & Political Tub Thumpers, Sales & Marketing parasites. The words No Cold canvassing on my door and the full list don't work. Go away and No thanks have to be spelled out in the most Powerful two words in the Englsih Language as semi-literates don't even understand the polite version Foxtrot Oscar.

i swear a lot, but i can control where and when, ie, at work etc.... Im irish, we all cuss a little over here. i find nothing wrong with it. but i just wanted to say to you that its a completely natural expression. even you, when you have exhausted all other methods of persuasion resort to some profanity. so the question is pointless. we need profanities to express ourselves, sometimes to laugh, sometimes to cry. it adds colour to the black and white of the formal. time and place

"The use of obscene or taboo language - or swearing, as it’s more commonly known - is often seen as a sign that the speaker lacks vocabulary, cannot express themselves in a less offensive way, or even lacks intelligence.
Studies have shown, however, that swearing may in fact display a more, rather than less, intelligent use of language."
