Mercedes_00: Last night I woke up with the worse cramp in my calf on my left legs it still kills Body Attack killed me too abs butt and thighs will kill me the third time this afternoon.

Rach I made a mistake well that's not true I don't know what I did to my phone It's set at London time and weather
Anyway I keep taking an umberella with me every where I go it's warm and I'm like why am I carrying this bloody thing around?

Naaaa respect your body give it a rest.....dont become paranoid....as a young man. i did gym training.weight lifting/football training....and could cycle 13 miles....in 15 minutes....i joke not.... but as we grow older it sure affects the joints....(wear.tear).......pete.------ This thread has reached the limit ------
