I do believe theres something to it.
Some of my neices when they were little definately seemed like "they had been around before"....its a phrased often used around them.

Ive often felt that deja vu sense too....it was eerie when it first began but used to it now.

Also feel like an old soul at times too....

Wow this thread got busy and it's always pleasant to meet like minded people.

I travelled to NY at the Omega Institute, beautiful spot and first time I met a groundhog... to do the past life regression therapy course. I'm not one who is into big crowds so could not be regressed but while there I realised the past has gone we need to focus on this present moment to attract what we need to make life easier.

Reincarnation? We have no proof but our deep consciousness knows that more exists outside of this living frame which we call our body. Since all life began in the ocean some of us might return there, especially those who murder sharks by leaving them to drown for example, and those who eat their fins. Nobody knows except we have the space between our ears to imagine what happens to us, and to wonder, will we meet again? I do feel that's important to keep a happy spirit because there's no real difference between the non-physical and the physical, and we can end up grumpy in the non-physical if we're not careful. The winds of change sweeps in unrecognised, often when least expected.

Gotta go my friend across the ocean in Australia, land of the best MasterChef ever. I wonder if we will meet each other in the flesh in our next lives as old souls.
