Cervatilla: A natural! Perhaps some fleecy pjs would be more comfortable but beware of the double entendre cowpat pose it's a killer
The double entendre is what I particularly like in this position. Actually, in any position :)

mollybaby: I'm a yogi

I was using my 3rd eye
An incredible achievement! Perhaps, not that practical if you use spectacles, but still.

Growing extra pairs of arms now, I presume?

MsContessa: A friend has asked me to join a Yoga class for 6 weeks.
On hindsight, could you advise me how I can get the best out of this!
I have no idea at all about Yoga?
Never been to an actual yoga class, but I do yoga at home. Getting the best out of it means to keep an open mind and relax - at least, for me. I really like Rodney Yee. Very calming … bowing

I started going to yoga classes about six years ago, wish I'd done it earlier. I've never done any physical exercise that has given me so much reward for so little put in.
I find going to classes suits me much more than doing it at home, I guess it's a motivation thing.

I like the classes too. I am more likely to do it when I have set classes, and a good teacher.
I am not disciplined enough to just do it myself at home on a regular basis.
I know my faults, and discipline is one of them laugh

Awesome. thumbs up I do mine at home because I live in the middle of nowhere, and to physically go to a class it would take a lot longer, compared to just doing it at home.

Same here, I have good intention, but poor motivation.
I find once a week is enough, have to find time for dancing and climbing also.

I never tried yoga, but being asian, I guess it must be as good as acupuncture. Acupuncture helped mewith my sore back about 10 years ago, after trying all fysiotherapists in the area and noone could help.

I'm open to yoga, but not at the moment.
Too busy with too many things

Guess that's also because of the community asking all kinds of things from people, and overwhelming the market with computers, smartpones, I pads and all the other stuff that gets the people off of thinking about what's important.
Life was so much more simple before the computers and all the related stuff...
