This is the danger; going forward...
The Boy Who Cried Wolf There once was a shepherd boy who was bored as he sat on the hillside watching the village sheep. To amuse himself he took a great breath and sang out, "Wolf! Wolf! The Wolf is chasing the sheep!" The villagers came running up the hill to help the boy drive the wolf away. But when they arrived at the top of the hill, they found no wolf. The boy laughed at the sight of their angry faces. "Don't cry 'wolf', shepherd boy," said the villagers, "when there's no wolf!" They went grumbling back down the hill. Later, the boy sang out again, "Wolf! Wolf! The wolf is chasing the sheep!" To his naughty delight, he watched the villagers run up the hill to help him drive the wolf away. When the villagers saw no wolf they sternly said, "Save your frightened song for when there is really something wrong! Don't cry 'wolf' when there is NO wolf!" But the boy just grinned and watched them go grumbling down the hill once more. Later, he saw a REAL wolf prowling about his flock. Alarmed, he leaped to his feet and sang out as loudly as he could, "Wolf! Wolf!" But the villagers thought he was trying to fool them again, and so they didn't come. At sunset, everyone wondered why the shepherd boy hadn't returned to the village with their sheep. They went up the hill to find the boy. They found him weeping. "There really was a wolf here! The flock has scattered! I cried out, "Wolf!" Why didn't you come?" An old man tried to comfort the boy as they walked back to the village. "We'll help you look for the lost sheep in the morning," he said, putting his arm around the youth, "Nobody believes a liar...even when he is telling the truth!"
Each and every one of the older generations heroes turns out to be a convicted child molester so we know you'd turn a blind eye to anything if you want anything.

WOW! All older generation hero's are convicted child molesters. Me and the rest of the world must have missed all the that. I would like to see some of the trials where they were convicted. Care to provide some to back up your wild statement?
britishcolumbian: WALKAWAY movement. check it out and join them Jenny
Just because you heard on CS about "walkaway" doesn't make it true, look further than Trumps paid informers, "Walkaway" is a fake propaganda effort put out by the hard right.

Len05: "I wouldn't immediately believe she wrongfully blamed him"... Did you come to that conclusion because women have 'never' falsely accused before...because IF you are unaware, woman are the Master when it comes to 'Lying'. I say that with much love!
MsContessa: As a goat on the fence, I have to agree with you totally. Teenagers being teenagers long before PC and hard drugs became the norm!
Don't get me wrong. It was not an easy decision for me to decide one way or another how I see this, and it took some deep thought and soul-searching. There are several very severe mandates in US government, specifically the courts, that I went by. First, the issue of 'doubt'. ---They've played with that one for centuries, too. "Beyond the shadow of a doubt" has become "reasonable doubt". In my mind, that could be considered two very different views. But for the moment, lets just say "reasonable doubt". And, in this case, I had to concede that in spite of her passionate soliloquy, and his obvious frustration, there remained an air of "beyond a reasonable doubt", and in this country, when that occurs, one must take the side of the accused. (Been on jury duty a few times....) Hope this clears up how I arrived at my decision.
Draegoneer: This midterm election is very important for the country. For my state, I'm hoping John James will win. There are others but John James will be an important for state and country if his values are true. I just pray that his judgement and wisdom will almost always make the right decisions should he win.
Although your statement has truth to it; we must remember what our judicial branch of government is for.
It's not supposed to be political. They are supposed to uphold the Constitution according to the powers granted and the laws built on it.
Every election when judges are running; it's not their politics I look at. It's their Constitutionality and record for upholding the laws.
Kavanaugh was a good choice and the U.S. needs him there. I hope the nominees, being held up by demoncraps, for other seats will be approved soon.
woodstock1: The actual facts should always be reason behind someones demise, NOT ACCUSATION sir! Mrs. Ford simply took one for the team, and did a 'poor' job of acting out her part. She was 'terrified' but NOT ONE tear trickled down her face. Everything the 'left' did to destroy Kavanaugh's nomination was absolutely heartless and excessively vile. The insane 'left' needs to stop before it's too late to turn back! P.S. I am Independent!

This article goes through their testimony forensically and looks at actual maps of the area to see who was more credible. Its not even close - the Judge was lying.
It’s impossible to believe Kavanaugh when he says he never attended any event “like the one Dr. Ford describes.” It was a very typical low-key high school event, and it would have been shocking if Kavanaugh never attended such a thing. Indeed, he admits it himself.
Okay, so this was a weird lie to tell, because everyone goes to these sorts of events and he had them on his own calendar. But okay, maybe you think that he wasn’t trying to subtly reinforce the impression that Ford was alleging some kind of noteworthy event. Maybe you think he just meant “I never went to this kind of small gathering with the people Ford says.” Indeed, Kavanaugh says:
one of those gatherings included the group of people that Dr. Ford has identified. And as my calendars show, I was very precise about listing who was there; very precise.
Well it’s hard to misinterpret that. He was very precise. Who, then, is the group of people that Dr. Ford has identified? From her testimony:
There were four boys I remember specifically being there: Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge, a boy named P.J., and one other boy whose name I cannot recall. I also remember my friend Leland attending.
So presumably, if we looked at what Kavanaugh’s calendars show, we wouldn’t find an event with Mark Judge, P.J., some other boy, and Leland. Instead, he gives examples of the kinds of gatherings he did attend:
I in D.C. on Saturday night, August 7th. But I was at a small gathering at Becky’s house in Rockville with Matt, Denise, Laurie and Jenny. Their names are all listed on my calendar. I won’t use their last names here. And then on the weekend of August 20 to 22nd, I was staying at the Garrets’ (ph) with Pat (ph) and Chris (ph) as we did final preparations for football training camp.
None of these names are the names Ford cites. Clearly she knows nothing about his summer. But wait: Let’s look at the entry for July 1st, one Kavanaugh did not cite in his list of “parties with people who are not the people Ford cited.” On July 1st, Kavanaugh planned to go “to Timmy’s for skis w/Judge, Tom, PJ, Bernie, Squi.” There’s Mark Judge! There’s P.J.! So he gathered for skis with 2 of the 3 people Ford says she remembers being there. Small gathering? Beer? Judge, Brett, and P.J.? Check, check, and check. So when Kavanaugh says none of the gatherings on the calendar include the people Ford says, and implies that Ford was just conjuring names of people he would never gather with, that’s false. In fact, she cited a small gathering with P.J. and Judge before he released his calendar confirming it.

To watch a woman show no concern about him whatsoever is very cold. Backstabbing your own to get ahead.

Exact conditions when Calvin Coolidge was president from 1923 to 1929. History shows Coolidge’s hallmark was distrust of government, taxes and regulation cut and government intervention limited leading up to the Wall Street crash of 1929..

Personally I doubt whether Brett Kavanaugh sees it as 'giving any power to the republican party' ... he was clear in all of his statements that his only intention and purpose is to uphold the constitution of the USA
