This is what i think. -- ~~ i think.>~> - that some of these people, are so desperate to be accepted, that they have made a few accounts, with the intent to Only boast their Main.-- Is it true?. -- Let me ask you a better more valid question- .
deedee123xo: There is a healthy mix of all kinds of people.
i dont see the mix that used to be here. diversity among races is even more rare. i think people are bullied away intentionaly these days. oh what adult fun.

My opinion for all it's worth is that it's people from every country who are questioning the divisive nature evident in the forums lately and people are getting just plain fed up of the bullying, pissing wars, name calling, etc. Post a bit of humour and it generally gets ignored, post a political thread and the gloves are on. Someone posts something intelligent and they get attacked because others who don't agree will shoot first and ask questions later. Gone are the days when people joined in good humoured banter and meaningful debate in the forums.

Yes there's not many Americans on here these days
You may be missing 'funny and intelligent people' but that may be because American humour doesn't translate to the rest of the world ....

I've never got it myself.
From what I've seen, American participants on here take themselves oh so seriously - the blogs are flooded with them and all they want to talk about is American politics which leaves many on here cold
serene56: I think they get offended because they don't get the humour
i doubt Americans get offended . i think the biggest turn off for them is readiing islanders attacking others, especially new people and oother people who disaggree with them.
There was an American guy trying to flirt with me whose first words were "Europeans are so boring..." I was like, oh dear he can see through me like an ex ray...
