A bowl of kefir (ca 200 g) with 4 different seeds (ca 0.5 tea spoon each) - sunflower, pumpkin, lin and sesam. Followed by a large cup of coffee with a lot of milk :)
Being a vegeterian simply having fruit and tea for breakfast.....lunch am thinking of sauteed eggplant with a crisp yummy salad....or maybe a stir fry...with lots of yummy veggies and sauteed in olive oil.....

I'm basically a vego too although I do eat a bit of fish now and then
I find it difficult to find veg meals that are suitable to freeze when I do my big cook ups
