Tulefell: I've been to Spain last September and the locals said that they never saw the sea so clean. (They were in lock-down for 2 months).
I do hope, that more people start to care about our planet and would vote for "green" policy and environment conscious politician.

Spanish waters and some 0f its ports suffer from heavy pollution from cruise ships. I imagine all the people who suffer from respiratory problems around the docking ports due to the cruise ships pollution saw their health improve drastically unless they were unlucky to get sick with "the virus". Cruise ships leave their engines running while docked in order to feed their refrigeration and air conditioning units etc...

2020 ...the longest ever time without hugging my children, grandchildren, parents and bros and sis 
I discovered how important it is for me to share my love for them with them through hugs and closeness ... I had taken for granted the ability to hop on a plane and visit. Even though I had to budget for it - it was possible - it was doable - They visited too - We created new memories together on each visit
It gave me a glimpse into the lives of people who can't ever decide if or when they might travel because they are never free to make those decision in their culture or country
2020 has taught me how humans, on a worldwide scale, could radically swap their lifestyles for another more in syntony with Mother Earth from one day to the next if they chose to...

It has been a year of sacrifices , with the majority of it spent at home , away from family, friends & loved ones .
Many of us have lost loved ones, not only the vulnerable but the fit , young & people who were thought to have a high immune system. The virus took no prisoners .
But what has 2020 taught us . From my own personal experience, it’s taught me to be humble & never to take being alive for granted .
