just my stuff for lunches is 25 a week.

the rest depends on type of seafood or fish and if its pork, beef or poultry.

conservatively 50 to 75 dollars a week for groceries

doh i spend anywhere from $400-$500 a month(more with holiday dinnersfrustrated )

buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut in my defense i have a teenage boy and pre-teen boy(13 in about 3 months so he counts as a teen)

I've found that I save money if I shop in the supermarket rather than Walmart. Which is a good thing.I hate walmart.

For four of us... *Approximately* £280 per month ($560)

It used to be about £600-£800 ($1200-$1600) when I was married..

but I now we eat a lot better for a lot less..
